hi this is Lisa for watchmojo.com and so
we’re gonna be doing the day to night
makeup magic better day make it going on
now we’re going to talk about what we’re
gonna do for the evening so we’re going
back into the quad palette we’ve already
done the beige shade we’re gonna pick
this one up we’re going to apply it in
the outer corner and close lately and
we’re just gonna plop it in there open
and that just got that little bit of
extra depth into the crease I’m going to
go into this one is called taupe
shimmers a really universal color works
on everybody it gives a little bit of
drama without trying too hard you not
look like a Vegas showgirl or something
and I’m just gonna press it on now you
can use this wet or dry believe it or
not when you use it wet it’s just an
intense color more dramatic longer
lasting more shine comes out of it fill
in the entire lower lid what is your
lower lid it’s your lash line to the
hollow of your eye and just blend it
towards the brow bone and that’s it
we’re going to take out the other end
which is the small mini side I’m going
to go back into the taupe shimmer outer
corner towards the middle and you can
even drag it a little bit further in
give it a little bit more drama it’s
going to contour the I a little bit more
know what we can do is we take eyeliner
sealer Lou this is the fun part I’m
gonna take a drop of this I’m going to
go back with the large size pick up the
toast shimmer again and close lately and
this is just going to give it that extra
pump and we’re just really adding this
along the lash line we don’t need to put
this all over the crease I’m going to
pick up the small end we’re going to go
into the Brown Derby this is going to
act like a liner now rule of thumb when
it comes to taking your shadow and turn
it into an eyeliner if you use a lot of
liquid it’s going to be very much like a
liquid liner if you use a little bit of
liquid you make a little paste it
becomes like a cake liner what we didn’t
introduce last time for the natural look
was you know a black eyeliner but
everybody’s got black iler agreed yes ok
so I’m going to have you do is looking
straight up I’m going into the inner eye
this is the number one rule of thumb for
like
sexy smokey come hit a kind of look I’m
using the side of the pencil versus the
tip of the pencil it goes on much
thinner it does a finer line turn it
around the end goes lightly it’s a
smudger so it’s like yeah you have a
built in tool how do you make your darks
look darker put something light next to
it so we go back to candlelight
underneath the arch of the brow inner
corner stat a little highlight inner
corner the under-eye even to brighten
and along the top of the cheekbone now
what I didn’t use in your day look was
one of the shimmer powders shimmer
powders are really dangerous for daytime
because you got bright light and it’s
just like you’re going to be talking to
somebody and all they’re going to notice
is I call this shimmery stuff all over
your face you’re going to apply this
directly on top of where we already put
can delay so light on top of light and
you can see instantly it gives an extra
lift to the arch and this is going to
catch more light on the inner corner of
the eye it’s going to make a nice
contrast for the smoky part of the eye
so this is a specialty product the
liquid crystals it’s like a vegetable
starch with liquefied crystals in it and
just acts like millions of mirrors on
the skin it blurs imperfections it makes
everything look dewy and glossy in humid
half bag okay so we’re going to take a
little drop I’m going to apply it with
my fingertips so this is acting as a
highlighter please don’t use like lip
gloss or something like that on your
skin you know to create this effect
really use something that is designated
for the skin itself so we’re back to
Primrose we’d use this on the apples of
the cheeks we’re going to take it now
and we’re gonna do it more in the
contour contour is basically where the
hollow is in the middle of my ear and
that’s like the line so we’re just going
to hit the top of the cheekbone we can
take this color as well for the eyes I’m
just going to lift up a little bit and
we’re just gonna run this in the crease
towards the brow bone and just gives a
little bit of warmth it’s really
versatile in that way in the last place
that we can actually use this is on your
lips this is an all-natural product
there’s no talc in it so why am I
putting this on your lips you know why
it’s a base so you don’t get that ring
around the lip I don’t
if you know what I’m talking about but
you know when you do a pencil and you do
the contour and then you have your
lipstick and your lip gloss and you’re
talking you having a good time you look
at yourself and you got that ring or on
the lip that is so rotten now we’re
going to the sandstone neutral lip
pencil static mouth let me go with that
little like half shade deeper than our
own lips gonna look fuller they’re going
to look a little bit bigger now the
color that we started with beginning for
your natural look was like a very light
peachy gloss with a little bit of shine
to it what we can do in this case is
take your darker color ok we’re doing a
dual combination so everything looks
better as a combo I just need you to
press that together so for the finale
super important more mascara who
wouldn’t know yeah the more the merrier
all right thanks a lot Amanda for being
my lovely assistant donating your face
for the day to night makeup what I love
is that it took a few products can
easily go from the office straight to
that stank I said afterwards I think
he’s going to like it that’s Lisa for
