Corporate Waste Management – Cascades

ever wonder how big companies are
dealing with the environmental issue hi
welcome watchmojo.com i’m your host
Kristine and today i had the pleasure of
talking to danielle Lamar VP Marketing
of cats cat a major paper producing
company and she told us what they’re
doing to help the environment one of the
new product that we have put into the
market is foam trays that are degradable
we call it by oak so usually a foam tray
would take 300 years to degrade in the
environment but this one we added an
additive that make the product degrades
in three years only the mission of the
company is recycling so we do everything
in regards to the environment and to
take care about the environment it’s not
just using recycling paper it’s also
having a process that is more in viral
because we reuse water we use less gas
so it takes time to develop all those
process in regards to our industry the
tissue paper industry just once that is
think that is very interesting if each
Canadian also would change one roll of
bathroom tissue made of 100-percent
virgin fiber by one roll made of one
hundred percent recycled fiber who would
save fifty thousand trees
