Cars: The 2007 NAIAS Car Show in Detroit part 4

here in the super booth we see some of
our classic super cars that we’ve all
come to get used to now here’s the good
old WRX I believe this is the rally STI
edition so these guys have all there’s a
good form out and as usual this rally
cars here as an example of not just
their design but actually the
accomplishments these guys actually have
in the real world razors and
environments let’s keep going here we
are in the General Motors booth now
General Motors you know faced a lot of
financial difficulty but these guys have
really come out and done some impressive
things on this show surprisingly really
to me they have you know their usual
lineup of cars but I think the one thing
that everybody’s really impressed about
is the Chevy Volt these guys have
actually created not so much a hybrid
but an electric car that sort of relies
on gas only when you’ve used up the
electrical charge and that electrical
charge will actually get you i believe
about 400 kilometers on the highway
before you actually need to charge it up
so their their theory is that you’re
able to actually use it for daily
commuting if you’re driving let’s say 20
kilometers to work and then back and
never have to actually run off the
gasoline you’ve actually put it in the
car so it’s a really really impressive
concept and these guys have done a great
job of something look at their booth
so you can see we have the cadillac
booth here behind me and they have their
trademark Escalade right out there in
front of everybody to see now cadillac
hasn’t done too much of a show a show he
showing here at the show but again they
have a really nice sort of setup and I
find the guy so you are really actually
good at answering questions and a really
forthcoming with information we all see
they’ve set up a little coffee area and
drink area over there so that you know
people are comfortable want to actually
stay here and relax and speak to the
representatives
