Mario I have a couple questions for you
about your beer first of all where does
it originate well say Nawaz and
McCausland brewing comes from Montreal
we’ve always been in Montreal does that
happen to be on Santa muahz street it
does so I believe this is the classic
Sam was blonde beer the one that
everyone knows up the first one that was
created back in 1989 and still are our
biggest seller today what are the main
characteristics of this beer while
casino was pale ale is a typical British
pale ale with a nice hopping the fair
amount of bitterness long aftertaste
very distinctive taste I like that this
is the San Juans oatmeal stout what’s
special about this one is the way we
serve it on drop it served a little bit
differently than it would be in a bottle
when it settles you’ll get this nice
against a very rich creamy head at forms
oatmeal stout has very complex flavors
it’s at the same time bitter
it’s sweet it’s got coffee flavors
chocolate flavors that’s an excellent
excellent beer okay we’re going to go on
to something a little bit lighter I
think absolutely this is a locally
Quebec made cider we don’t produce it we
represent this brand through of Quebec
it’s an apple cider made by Sid Dillon
each me know down in hemmingford
hugely different tastes this is sort of
a light bubbly it’s carbonated well
