slams Rotten Tomatoes and cinema score
while some filmmakers have recently had
a bone to pick with Netflix his role in
the film industry
the iconic Martin Scorsese has picked a
fight with a couple of different movie
companies earlier this week the
Goodfellas director took a few swings at
review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and
cinema score while accepting the Robert
Osborn award at the TCM classic Film
Festival saying that their quote
devaluing cinema end quote the filmmaker
said the horrible idea they reinforce is
that every picture every image is there

not only does Scorsese view these review
aggregators as a tool that limits
original and diverse opinions but thinks
that they also reduce cinema to content
as opposed to works of art Scorsese

number one Avengers infinity war beats
the force awakens for biggest opening
ever it’s time for Star Wars to pass the
Avengers infinity war made history on
opening weekend by earning a staggering
three hundred and five point nine
million dollars domestically passing the
former record holder Star Wars The Force
awakens which earned two hundred and
forty seven million dollars not only did
it take over the number one spot from
the force awakens it also tied it to
become the fastest movie to hit 300
million dollars in North America Wow
the giant box office numbers won’t stop
there for infinity war as the film is
set to easily hit 1 billion dollars at
the global box office box office experts
expect the 19th installment of the MCU
to achieve the milestone this Friday or
Saturday the tenth or eleventh day of
its theatrical run those were too small
if projections are correct it would also
break the record for the fastest movie
to hit 1 billion dollars ahead of yes
you guessed it the force awakens which
took them 12 days thanks for tuning in
