they’ve dedicated their lives to the
sword and now their blades are about to
cross I will fight you with this sword
welcome to watchmojo.com to roronoa zoro
against the manslayer humour attention
as always this matchup will be divided
into five rounds where we’ll compare the
skill sets of each character until only
one swordsman is left standing I don’t
want anyone else to get hurt nobody’s
got to get hurt somebody’s gonna get
dead round 1 allies I probably shouldn’t
have to tell you this but you should
never underestimate the strength of your
own crew
Zorro may be a beast on the battlefield
but he’s only one part of the new
world’s wildest set of pirates captain
monkey d Luffy has managed to take down
all manner of tyrants with the
overwhelming power of his devil fruit
not to mention the variety of offensive
abilities his crew possesses including
Sanji’s educated feet and Frankie’s
cyborg enhancements while the straw hats
often ended up separated during scuffles
the times when they have fought as a
group
they’ve devastated their opponents just
take a look at what happened to ores for
proof
on the other end of the spectrum we have
Kenshin goomy the friends and loved ones
of Kenshin who supported him throughout
his journey yeah right
while characters like Sagara are well
versed in combat and can certainly hold
their own they are overshadowed by
Kenshin and act more often than not as
something that he has to protect or as
an incentive for him to fight especially
when it comes to his love in just
calorie I swear my eternal love teams
Akari that I do while they aren’t
without their merits the Kenshin goomy
would end up getting massacred by the
straw hats which is why we have to give
this round to Zorro winner
Zorro round two weapons powers and
equipment and Zorro is famed for his
three swords style using it he harnesses
a wide variety of techniques that range
from steel cutting slashes to swings
that act as projectiles with the force
of a cannon the blades he uses are of a
particularly high class as well one he
inherited from a deceased friend and
another he earned after defeating an
undead Samurai
[Music]
he’s incredibly versatile and he has
been known to also use both one and two
sword styles depending on the situation
team is up with his hockey ability and
he can cut through anything and anyone
of course nothing compares to the rare
but ferocious 9 sword style where he
becomes the spitting image of Asura and
lays waste to his enemies Oh
though he was once feared as the deadly
manslayer tensions desire to atone for
the bloodshed he caused has led him to
abandon the traditional sword style in
favor of the sake Bato a reverse katana
that severely limits any chance of
fatalities if you manage to learn this
final technique you will in effect gain
a strength that will he blew my own
regardless Kenshin’s training in the art
of hiten mitsurugi view more than makes
up for his non-lethal choice of weapon
the surreal speed of ish and soku along
with a roster of painfully precise
techniques have managed to bring down
even the most bloodthirsty of swordsmen
5-minute combo both are masters of the
sword but due to having no qualms about
killing using techniques that can tear
apart practically anything as well as
being versatile in multiple disciplines
our money would definitely be on Zorro
winner
Zorro Ashima myth round three
determination after making a promise to
a fallen friend sorrow bound to become
the greatest swordsman in the world go
get stronger stronger than she ever was
you hear me he kept his dream even after
joining the straw hat pirates which was
made abundantly clear when he challenged
Hawkeye mihawk the world’s strongest
swordsman to a duel think I am Christian
when he lost he was even willing to
throw his life away to preserve his
honor
ever since he is vowed to never lose
another fight which is only strengthened
his resolve to become the best from this
moment forward that I will never lose
again going from slave to skilled
swordsman due to the tutelage of the
great Hyksos a turtle Kenshin has always
followed his heart which drove him to
take part in the revolutions that were
supposedly fighting against the ruling
class and I swore that I would never
kill again
taking out the reversed blade soon after
discovering the bloody truth of the war
Kenshin would spend the rest of his life
as a lone wanderer protecting the
innocent as a way of repentance the
drive he once had would eventually
reignite when he met the rest of tension
goomy
manifesting as an unflinching desire to
protect those he loved I have to
while Kenshin is a force of nature when
his loved ones are in danger
Zorro has never once lost his way or
abandoned the goal of becoming the best
narrowly ahead in the determination
Department this round goes to Zorro
winner Zorro
of course shoulda known round four
experienced strong-willed even as a
child
Zorro found himself enrolled in a school
for swordsman forming a strong rivalry
with the dojo masters daughter following
her death he bowed to continue on their
dream of being the best by training
ceaselessly following the various
battles and skirmishes during his time
with the straw hats sorrow would once
again find himself in the role of
student when he begged Hawkeye mihawk to
train him for the following two years
the result of which sharpened his skills
immensely orany kirusha didn’t miss
okuno tussle door aloha after losing his
family to disease
Kenshin would spend much of his
childhood in slavery until he was saved
by hiko seijuro who would end up
teaching in the art of the sword as well
as the feared hiten mitsurugi – you let
your survival be your family’s memorial
due to his romanticized view of the
ongoing revolution he would leave his
master’s side to participate in the war
before his training was complete due to
the chaos and endless battles he soon
found himself employed as an assassin
where I earned his infamous nickname of
hito kiddy battles I I will dispense the
will of the Gods to the old order
I will
[Music]
Hey sorrows training may have resulted
in a superior style but the time spent
as a student as well as the years of
participating revolutions puts kenshin
ahead of the pirate hunter by a whisker
this round goes to Kenshin winner
Kenshin
[Music]
[Applause]
round five strength and endurance even
before his training with mihawk Zorro
demonstrated beats of raw strength that
seemed inhuman my hands are a little
full at the moment these include but are
not limited to lifting up a building
being stabbed multiple times and still
coming out on top
of course the most memorable of these
comes when he sacrifices himself for
Luffy by being encased in a bubble that
contains pure suffering and pain while
already injured himself and managing to
survive it how well did he follow me
Hawks training well enough to slice an
entire galleon that’s how are you cute
yo let me turn in Oh do it huh
as for Kenshin the limitations he places
on himself with the use of the South
Lovato as well as the recoil and strain
of using such a style as the hiten
mitsurugi do is proof enough of his
strength the extra force needed to best
the academy and land complex techniques
due to his willing handicap is a
testament to how powerful each strike is
the damage dealt by the likes of the
Amika kuru you know he domeki is a prime
example that the manslayer skills and
endurance are almost beyond human will
commence strong stronger than anything
else while Kenshin’s achievements with
the sword are certainly commendable it
pales in comparison to Zorro’s demonic
strength leaving him able to steal this
round as well sorry Kenshin winner
Zoro it would certainly be a battle of
the highest caliber but due to the
otherworldly sword skills and monstrous
power the pirate hunter would ultimately
cut down the manslayer by the end of the
battle the winner is roronoa zoro
