When You See a Grizzly… | Jose Sabedra | TEDxKids@ElCajon

get out of here you’re not cool
you smell like water zwei you belong at
the trash nobody likes you these words
too many children’s mouths each day
words don’t hurt and cause pain and
affect children’s self-esteem get that
physical health so stop bullying people
up in thinking what is a bully will ably
someone who will say weird you mean
things to you your friends or your
family members do you need not bet those
different types of bullying this verbal
physical social and even cyber bullying
what is on the internet some pretty
awesome people who are bullies us kids
said bullying is pretty common studies
show that only 13 million people or
bullied each ear please take a good
target if someone looks too nerdy worth
different clothes wears this before the
crowd but remember don’t track these
things to make you stand out so people
have been thinking of ideas how to get
bullies out of the way so how can we
prevent bullying there’s four different
steps that will help you boost your
self-confidence protect yourself from
harm and find help
step 1 it’s not your fault maybe a bully
will call your names but remember what
they say has a little to do with you but
a lot to do with the bully’s personal
issues don’t forget all the recordings
that make you spin for the crowd they
really get math really good at sports
we’re really gonna play into troubling
my because I’m Larry step 2 build your
army surround all with people who
appreciate you and care for you and love
for you for exactly for who you are step
3 ignore the bully a police like a big
a grizzly bear so when you see him play
dead no seriously
ignore the bully sometimes a boy just
wants to get reaction if he doesn’t
receive it he’ll get bored and move on
never be alone could you be hard for
Willie to get you if you’re with your
friends a boy if a bully fights it alone
get out of there and go find a friend
step 4 find something you could talk to
no one is ready to make you feel unsafe
uncomfortable or unhappy finally we can
trust like a parent a teacher a guidance
counselor even a friend tell them what’s
going on there’s no reason to do this
problem all by yourself so remember
you’re awesome and cool so don’t let the
bullies win the game
