the very vocals that I project see I
promise to give you my all and so that’s

so as an adolescence I step to the left
I set things all up to be right you see
I’ve dodged bullets in its life of Mines
and I don’t mean just literally from
gangs and all sorts of strange things
life is truly in animation and
experience brings transformation got me
all alone just experienced in my way but
speaking as a full-grown adult now I
still feel like a kid to tell you the
truth my imagination has just took
control but it’s important for you all
to know that I did not come here to put
on a show oh no no no no I want you to
share something real now trade closely
with me as we proceed to this unknown
destination through all the trials
tribulations and problems we’ll be
facing
but don’t you get a mistaken this
journeys about patience the one thing my
mother say that I never had but I wonder
if she knows I just wanted to make her
glad dozens of roses some chocolates
maybe a brand new pad see our second
thought she deserves it because she was
moms and dad boy I used to think my
situation was a lucky mishap but then I
realized I was lucky to miss out on all
the horrible things that could have
happened in me you see sometimes I blink
twice just to feel alive because I had
my life flashed before my very eyes
before I had a chance to get any piece
of the pie or even a seed of northern
sky oh no no I
not want to die but see now now I
realize when we get to the root of it
all we get the tiniest hint of what we
were truly truly supposed to do but
lately I mean as of lately I just been
seeking completion something’s missing
and I have no reasons you tell me I
might only want changing with the
seasons got me living life like every
step is my last I’m feeling like I’m
going nowhere fast I’m at the bottom of
this flash drunk off life watching Tom
pass tick tock
time is of the essence I wish you love
and many blessings and in its life are
lessons it could be very testing not
much resting if you want to make it you
can’t make it no going take it be your
own inspiration it may run deeper than
the ocean so here we are coasting now

me that when it goes south it happens in
threes got me praying for every one of
my family tree but I’m always going to
go full speed now through my breaks away

very dark hole dig one for me in a
middle at a holy land I think I’m in
need of some spiritual guidance
forget all the science and ideology I
need to feel this in my my soul and body
see there’s no devil that can stop me
there’s an allegorical just a free wife
soul looking for somewhere to go what a
stench of burnt sage all my clothes
reminiscing on the days of my childhood
growing up fatherless you know the part
I hated the most but now I live coast to
coast and I found success pops here’s my
toast
now take it so I can slap it out of your
hand and tell you that you ain’t no man
I did everything on my own do you
understand
I highly doubt you can see there’s a
shallow grave in the back of my mind why
I’ve tried to bury a tall move forward
in life before my demise and fall
where’s my worry stone I got troubles in
my life and life got me rubbing
we’re stoned until the sharpest knife
now my thumb’s are numb as I place them
together and proceed to pray hopefully
tomorrow’s ascending your day bright
enough when my heart feels free enough
to go out and play count your blessings
that’s what they say so I’ve kept a
mental note of how many I’ve had today
but still staring on for hours I’m
trying to gather my thoughts
domesticated and Confused I’m interested
what some may call a lunatic so no need
for politics but if I cross the line I
swear to stick to it like a man with
nothing left but its prod maybe some
goals aspirations and in an imaginary
ride you know that vehicle he’ll never
get to drive see I have all of these
crazy things on my mind that I can’t
even find the time to relax and unwind
so I decided to make it rhyme and give
you all a little bit of my time
hopefully you’ll be my partner in crime
because right now I need a peace of mind
cast me somewhere far away and I’ll be
fine I hate myself no no I hate the
world look what it’s made of me it
really did change me no need for me to
push the facts I’m young black and
seeing the other side of the tracks but
somehow still on track in a foreign land
reading a map and a search for anything
that’s true maybe even to learn my
