I live in Lucas the business of of
Nigeria I live in a city full of areas
building a city where transactions are
made by second city where people don’t
sleep they say does not party like a
little Spartan you know why because
the guy on a wheelchair I was equally to
get his money from an ATM machine to go
for his meeting from July back to get
our data let’s imagine I get so lucky
I mean guess so lucky
it was able to get this money from the
ATM machine
I was he going to go on the bus from
jail able to capture yatta to attend
this business meeting let’s imagine
again he get so lucky I mean he’s a
he’s very lucky he was able to get on
the bus I was leaving to get on the
fifth floor of a Nara is building with
an elevator around I went to a regular
school just like most of us in this room
I did regular exams I was not giving
extra time well from Brandon’s could
second school my teachers know I have
cerebral palsy but I was not giving a
graduate they like most of us here I
have a master’s in HR

from one of the best universities in the
UK is anybody willing to employ anybody
can just learn I guess nobody because
Muslim blood most employers think people
with special needs country the job and
most of us in this room who are CEOs
think it is costly and for people for
organization to make reasonable
adjustment for people living with
disabilities or people living with this
abilities do not want teaching neither
do we want to eat from your crumbs or
neither in Vegas no we are at uber free
lunch all we ask for is an environment
an environment where the transverse
system is accessible to us and a policy
put in place way contractors on my
friend and I to take take to make
building more accessible to us all we
want is to be able to walk through the
front door van banking or to be able to
do a business transaction we do not want
to contribute or decide all we ask for
is an ATM where we don’t need to give a
stranger or anybody our card and PIN
number to be able to get money forward

oh yes why this system a system that
works well for us all we are fighting equality opportunity and accessibility
