there was a garden everybody knew it was
wealthy
yeah fast cause all the ladies liked him
and I wanted to be him
I found out later that this guy was a
drug dealer my friends my family the
media everybody told me that parent was
wrong however I see genius in this
person this guy was innovator this is my
story straight from the heart
please listen to my story I was born in
the inner city of temples in eastern
unemployment was high no job
opportunities
most people involved in crime we had the
80s riots by believed in myself I could
see something great at that time I
didn’t really know it was my mom or dad
wanted the best for me so they decided
to bring me to Colson school however
while I went to course the primary most
of my friends was living in big houses I
was living it in the city my dad words
that mom and dad worked but they seemed
to have a better lifestyle than me I
still believed that one day I was gonna
cheese to be great I believe this is the
last I need to live so I kept that for I
was the academic in school I’m Dyslexic
but for some reason my inner self told
me I could choose something great when I
finished scoffs tonight cause the
primary school
I went to fill in high school it was a
45 minutes bus route there I’m 45
minutes bus route back I was head boy
our sports captain I was good at sports
yes I was good at sports but I don’t
want to be a stereotype
I want his g7 great as I mentioned
before I believed I could see something
great but why I came from there was an
opportunity for me mom or dad always
wanted me to see different races
different faces and different cultures
they wanted me see the world differently
so when I finished high school I looked
around I said I want to find in Lam most
of my friends that was going to college
university I want to find out what my
purpose in life so what I did I applied
for many jobs unaccessible I started
volunteering and I want to see how
people work what they fall about how
their my Swiss eventually I got a job in
a secondhand shop I was like oh yeah so
I thought confident I was a confident
guy I thought you know I feel good now I
could choose something great now for
that came to an end I was back to square
one thinking what do I do next
waste opportunities do I follow my
friends go back involved in crime I
don’t know eventually got a job at the
Bristol City Council
and we start laughing I was a trainee
arts coordinator and I realize these
people have smaller meeting them they
might understand the joke in language
and writers Aventis kind of the same
people so I’m at one time my boss one of
my bosses I said why do you write these
jargon letters well a lot of people
interesting in their first language I
don’t understand and for those people
did know what jargon is is post language
doesn’t make sense
well she said to my boss and I said to
my boss you just walk at home and you
got months will you stole what that way
home again would you go a different
route my point is that we do things the
same we need to be innovators we need to
change the world for the better
soon member earlier I talked about the
guys to know Clinton was nameless and I
see genius with gloom sometimes in life
we’ve got to do things differently we
welcome our comfort zone most companies
is to have a diversity they’d be
fertilized better off profit strategy
marketing but I can’t do this for
example we’ve gotta screw the wall you
have a screw and that is true
and then edit screw it’s only one way
you can say that screws by screwing it
but if you have a screwdriver
hammer pliers so you got more ways of
taking that scroll and that’s what we
need to do in life we need to employ
people differently it’s not about people
involved in crime it’s about looking at
things differ
I don’t care if you’re black white young
don’t need to be more creative in life
and that’s why it’s about so there’s not
much difference in the corporate world
and the street world and I’m gonna break
that down for you some of you might say
politicians or crooks someone you might
say bankers or crooks I’ll let you
decide so on the street side you got
your product the drugs on the corporate
side you got your product the coffee on
the street side you’ve got your crew on
the corporate side you’ve got your team
on the street side you make money lose
money on the corporate side profit and
loss on the street side bankrupt short
prison staff on the business side on the
corporate side
lose your job or bankrupt so what I’ve
realized that the person most of my
friends was taking more of a risk in
life so I said well if I can teach them
to learn the legal hustle so I decided
to sell for Street to board your
suitable use the CIC company well start
at 2016 and what we do we turn we tell
people the street versus corporate
business we look at mindsets we look at
jargon language versus street language
we also have a street meet for the mixer
we also look at market as well we’re
currently signed to the same company
what does apprentice so Alistair is my
label mates and x-factor as well Simon
Cowell will also develop on the street
to boarding ball game as well and will
also develop to the street to board an
app what that will allow you do is
transfer your language but for many of
my friends and myself it was very hard
for us because I do understand the track
the language
so the aqualad you do is your flying for
a job and you think to yourself you know
what I kind of like that job by
understanding language they’ll allow you
to transfer the language into basic
English however it’s your employer as
well and you want to kind of get to the
kind of street level you want to apply
something diverse and background it will
allow you to transfer and learn the
language as well the games about taking
the risk it’s about if you build a
street way you might make money but you
eventually lose the money but if you go
to the right way you have longevity in
life so we’ve been the 50 magazines
worldwide and I said to you it’s about
doing things differently these talks are
about street versus border and it’s
about looking differently how bad do you
really want to make your company grow
when you get 10 years you go long-term
us so you go with the long-term of
prisoners you’ve got life is all around
you and you get to understand say you
know what these things not no joke ting
and there’s a lot of people doing this
thing and there’s a lot of people doing
bird for it and paying for it you know I
mean if you don’t get away with it much
I’m looking for people thinking there’s
no opportunity for them people involved
in crime may be locked up a few times
and maybe got no directions but think
you do that stuff well I can’t get a job
clerk got a criminal record I can’t get
a job girl I got a caution there’s no
opportunity of why I live so where do I
go for me yeah I really had like a
proper home full-on job and then plan is
you have to change the soul you have to
fit in today like type of thing me if
you’re gonna talk to kids are going
wrong I’ve done that and then you know
what I’ve done it all the way through so
I know everything you’re gonna get and
I’m never gonna tell the kids that is
all bad because it’s lies it’s about
showing that all the things wipe down on
the street if I would have just done
them in the corporate world I would have
made it the guy that was running a
course and it wasn’t the one I had to
see it was when I had the woody it was
mad because I was thinking it was all
the way around you know I mean you can
make money without doing these other
things it might take a little bit longer
but you can do it it is not from like a
corporate world you know I mean
from where I’m from there’s opportunity
for people at me did I mean to go in
there as well just stop how I’m dressed
up I don’t need to be suited up I don’t
need to have this major qualification I
just go there and see what they can
offer me one of the guys will come to
the course I seen him not too long ago
they come up to me the other day he had
some plans they upped him when he came
to the course the art is like yeah yeah
I’m look you’re not trying to say and
you doing his thing
so imagine this is young people adults
we find their self corner it brings
illegal activities to also cheat
greatness show the knowledge and
competence to apply what they have
learned on the streets to learn the
legal hustle it’s not where you come
from
it’s where you go was point
are you serious
most people say they’re serious but I’m
not really that serious I want to know
how serious you are for example I said
to one guy you want to have more diverse
I said how serious your he told me son
you’ve been seven serious so I said to
him I don’t take you seriously
I said I wasn’t giving you if your boss
wasn’t paying you on the end of the
month
would you just accept it he said no I
said what would you do about he said
they talked to his boss it took to his
lawyers it goes to citizen vice I said
that’s how seriously gotta be about this
so back on why I came from the authors
against me but I know I wasn’t great in
myself most of my friends has evolved in
crime not for any reason really no
motivation no mentors and I thought to
myself you know what I want to make the
world a better place
we’ve been 15 magazines worldwide we’re
very new
I’ve always remember it’s not where you
come from it’s where you do most
important
