is called ideas Inc the title ideas Inc
refers to writing your ideas down on
paper and treating your idea like a
company from day one I’m gonna tell you
how to do this in five easy steps so
let’s get started
step number one head to paper the first
important step is getting your ideas out
of your think tank create a storyboard
of your idea all you need for this is a
pen and a piece of paper start small and
add to it bit by bit your first page
will lead to your second and your third
and before you’ll know it you’ll have a
storyboard of your idea commit every day
for 30 straight days you have to set up
a dedicated idea thinking space whether
it be your garage or the wall of your
bedroom usual need to clear some wall
space and get started your wall should
look like this boys step 2
paper to people we’re going to need some
guides we’re going to need some people
to be our guides for the first part of
our idea journey you have to form what I
like to call an idea board of directors
think about a group of people of
different ages and life experiences who
you feel comfortable talking to about
your idea make sure you meet every month
for one hour with them whether it be
your teacher from school your mum’s
friend the lawyer your uncle the tech
genius or you’re very cool cards in the
fashion bloggers you have to make sure
you meet every month that way you can
talk through your ideas talk lots but
listen even more to your ears explode
just like that girls step 3 people to
plan now you’ve taken note of all of
your sounds advice it’s time to review
three critical things why how and what
why am I doing this why is this such a
good idea and why now how am I gonna
make this work and finally what exactly
is my plan to succeed in the long term
to answer these three questions properly
we’re going to need to do a further
three things deepen shape and tone you
have to go deeper into your idea to
better understand what it really is and
also potential competitors you have to
really shape what your idea is so it’s
as focused as it can be and finally hone
in on exactly what your idea is step 4
plan to execution this is where it
starts to get a little tricky here you
really have to dig deep into your think
tank paper to reality think of this is
the first set of concrete steps needed
to make your idea jump off the page to
do this you’re going to need four very
real things real place real people real
time and real money place where should I
set up my idea in the corner of my
garage or maybe my bedroom people am I
going to need to recruit some friends to
help me with my idea journey
time how much time jointiy to devote for
my idea I’ll be talking days weeks
months or even years and finally money
do I need to crack open the piggy bank
to drive my idea forward finally Step
five and I can’t reiterate this enough
think ideas Inc if you treat your idea
like a dream today you’ll have a dream
tomorrow but if you treat your idea like
a company today you’ll have a company
tomorrow would you like to be like the
boy before or this boy
it’s your choice I sure know who aligned
under Biddy I shall know who I would
want to be they say an ideal without a
plan is just the dream you have to think

really clear plan of things you need to

to the point where you know the Y is
there the vision is there but it’s just
not going what does that feel like have
you faced that and what can people do at
that stage I think there’s certainly a
lot of things you can do to overcome
obstacles and everyone has to face
obstacles because it’s just you can’t
have something that works really well
that’s just perfect and I think you just
have to learn to overcome it and then
get over it and actually do you think
having those obstacles is like training
to get you over it or is it is it easier
just to never have any problems and go
through life with everything working
perfectly I think that every obstacle is
like a new thing because the first ever
obstacle you come across is like oh god
what I’m going to do but then the second
one you get over that and then the
second one’s a bit easier because you
get a bit used to it and the further you
get on it’s like I’ve done that been
there done that and they just becomes
easier fantastic
so what’s your I mean this is where you
are now I mean you’re an entrepreneur
CEO of your own company at well what’s
the next ten years look like for you
where do you what’s your your biggest
kind of vision I just think it’s just
expanding my company and then also
living in my passion yes I mean to
establish that now how much time is he
gonna save in his life by knowing that
that’s what you want to do now honestly
you’ve enlightened us and interesting
you’ve generously shared that is a real
generous kind of sharing and I implore
all of the young people and the older
ones watching to take some of my in
terms of that plan in terms of those
