amazing and this whole thing is
fantastic so lots of lots and lots of

speak I was I watched I talked about I
know you guys wouldn’t hear about acting

so I thought what can I speak about so I
thought back and I went back and I’m
really happy my face is here sorry I’m
so I went back and I thought back and I
remember being at this workshop a
theater workshop and I had this exercise
to do I mean which is called like action
in right so you might have a sentence of
them someone saying I love you so each
word did you adjust how you doing you’re
right love to see so each word into my
school so each word you do so each word
you do a gesture right so I would be
like I then love the Intuos shape or
something for love and acting for love
so I had like a whole page to do and I
kept on doing it I didn’t stop I was
sweating like hell but I kept on doing
it I kept on doing it and then the
director said to me okay yeah you’re a
very brave actor I said okay then oh
okay
that’s not cool then one times I’m a
Christian and one time we in the Bible
I’m just for one night and talked about
courage just Rob I’m having courage to
trust my lord right and I was like okay
cool courage cool that’s quite nice I
said I just started thinking about
things to talk about I thought about
confidence and courage a lot of young
people have confidence a lot of people
have confidence not everyone has courage
so according to google confidence is the
feeling or belief that one can have
faith
in something or rely on someone

courage according to Google again is the
ability to do something that frightens
one semicolon bravery to separate things

is I went Coventry University to study
theater and professional practice
originally I went there to do journalism
I’ve acted all my life I’ve always
enjoyed acting but when there to do
journalism because my dad was like
acting as there’s no space for black
actors in the industry now I’d like dad
no it’s not true he come into the living
room one day to watch Eastern they put
her on
I love my dad he put her on and he said
how many black people do you see
and you saw Gus he was sweeping the
street and you saw Patrick queue at that
time with a drunkard so I was like we’re
going to uni that’s not cool let’s think
about something else so I was like okay

a TV presenter a corner personality

whatever cool I went to Union in a
similar lecture hall ideas are sat in
this room like journalism room and I was
bored the only thing I remember is this
girl called Jennifer it was really
really pretty
apart from that I don’t remember
anything the person was talking about so
two days into my course I dropped out of
my course on a switch to do say it’s a
professional practice and when I did the
change I didn’t tell my dad
so I remember but I didn’t have to did
like the desire in me and I was you dis
analogy of a woman and a womb you
haven’t got a woman we can’t have kids
you can’t see the fruits you haven’t go
boom you know so you haven’t got desire
you can’t do what you want to do if you
don’t want to do this thing you haven’t
got genuine desire inside of you you
will NEX acutely well even the fruits
that come from it there won’t taste nice
like that
so I went to uni I switched my course
and when I switched my course I went no
good man I told my mama tree about our

hours categorize things into two with
people step one there’s passengers and
then there’s a pilot’s okay passengers
and pilots passengers when they go on a
plane whether they’re – they should have
passport they walk on they sit down
anything on their neck and they enjoyed
a flight to get to what to do right yeah
they got or what to do someone’s life
could you think just sit back and enjoy
the flight or whatever they chewed out
and they relaxed a pilot on the other
hand has to train hard has to be alone
in that library banging out core there’s
so much responsibility a pilot has to
train hard there in that cockpit by
themself this training looking at order

courageous and do way want to do you
need to spend time by yourself it
wouldn’t be a leader you have to spend
time by yourself and people will say

does writing these episodes of ourselves
you have to be by ourselves try and cut
things out step number three getting it

spoke I love that guy who’s amazing

it this is ridiculous I’m not gonna do
well and I realized that’s his way of
getting it down and this is my way of

challenge a lot of musicians especially
in America there’s this whole big thing
about like you know you know here you
have people lacking up weed in the stuff
before they make music and whatever or
drinking or music videos have drink and
the light up like spliffs or whatever my
thing is that if – way of getting it
down you’re going to be dependent on
nothing as soon as you realize it’s not
working you’re gone like you want to
just take more and more and more and
more so I challenge all the musician you
know so all the creatives you think they
have to focus on having these things to
use notice I get stuff down try and do
it naturally because what you don’t
realize when you smoke and when you
drink or when you do whatever the idea
still coming from you so it’s inside you

attractive so a lot of us when we have
ideas and we want to put stuff down or
whatever the confidence you have in your
idea is so powerful and you’re like I
don’t need you to Commission this or
whatever
it’s gonna get commissioned anyway but
thank you people respect that even mean
you believe in something so as a
Christian I was said and I swear in my
work or whatever or the micro-fine the
world and a lot of directors they say
you know what kay I’m not a Christian or
whatever I don’t believe in anything but
