eyes and you will command your thoughts
now and see that the bucket of sand is
getting heavier and heavier and heavier
close your eyes keep your hands straight
and feel this that the bucket is getting
heavier and heavier and heavier and the
balloon is getting lighter and lighter
and lighter so your right hand is rising
up your right hand is rising up and your
left hand is you know so heavy the
bucket is so heavy that your hand is
actually going down going down going
down you’re trying to stop it but now
it’s so heavy that it’s actually going
down and this is becoming lighter and
lighter and lighter and this actually
going up and you know you’re having to
balance between the light balloon which
is pulling your hand up and the heavy
sand bucket which is pushing your hand
down focus on that and command your mind
and open your eyes and see your hand
positions how many of you all are like
that yes we hands up Wow so this is the
power of your thoughts you have the
power to end tasks on to the thoughts
that you don’t want and keep the
processing process is running for the
thoughts that you want based on the
results that you want in your life so
