Why It Is So Hard to Live in the Present

Many of us have a problem that may seem strange:
The inability to absorb the time span we call “present” as it should be.
We may be on a beautiful beach on a sunny day
The azure sky and palm trees are incredibly smooth and smooth
But most of us do not feel at all here
He may be at work or in an imaginary discussion with a discount or planning a new project. Or maybe at a baby girl’s birthday party
Her party is very important to her, and despite our intense love for her we are nowhere else
Our bodies exist in the present while our minds jump to events in both the future and the past.
What makes the present and especially the beautiful moments of it so difficult to live it properly?
On the other hand, why can we enjoy, appreciate and easily absorb many events after they have ended?
One of the benefits of the past is a limited and modified version of the present.
Even the best days of our lives are not without dull and uncomfortable moments
But in our memory we have the skill of editing hours of raw and often uninspiring photography.
We can keep most important moments
And then build a series that we feel is more meaningful and interesting
Than in the circumstances in which they occurred.
You might cut regular hours for five or six perfect pictures.
The nostalgia for the past is a good and fair present.
And most of what spoils the present is pure anxiety, always carries a huge number of possibilities,
Some are very ugly, and we are constantly aware of this in the background of our thinking.
Anything theoretically possible, anorexia, anorexia, or rejection.
Which leads to an increase in uneasy anxiety that we all leave behind all the time, and the reason for this is our simple panic of the unknown.
But certainly only a very limited number of bad things may happen,
You will go and forget our concern immediately (or rather move on to the new present).
If we remember an event we really forget how much time we spent then
Looking forward to a terrible future that never happened.
Our bodies share a great deal of distraction from the present, they have their moods and their own paths.
You may feel tired and hesitant at certain moments when our surroundings require greatness and trust.
But these conflicting moods can also be eliminated
We will remember the view of the ocean for longer than the simple nausea caused by us at the time.
Our minds are very deep and chaotic, most of what happens inside them
It has nothing to do with what happens before our eyes.
In the end, we may seem indifferent to our whereabouts.
Someone tells us an important story, not a bad structure but only because of the difficulty of managing this entity, which is called “I”
We carry some remorse or other feelings.
We may be in a very nice place but we can barely absorb the natural scenery
Focusing our thinking on an event that will take place within six months.
We need to be prepared to line up with the world in an exotic way
And do not overly reproach ourselves for our problems by reconciling the place where we exist mind and body.
We must prepare for this betrayal in others as well
In moments when they seem strangely concerned at a party we have set up or when they do not seem to be listening to a story we tell them
They may be going through some fundamental difficulties that hinder them from being present
Perhaps they like us also enjoy talking to us more when they live their present and give it to memory.
