The Mind Body Problem

The so-called problem of mind and body is one of the greatest
The most painful and silent dilemmas in philosophy,
More importantly, in everyday life.
The problem is rooted in the fact that we are connected in the eyes of people
Automatically and stubbornly with our bodies,
This certainly includes our faces.
Our bodies are overwhelming
Which determines how others value our sales and our personalities.
Whatever our words in our words reduce punitive beliefs,
In the concrete world, our reality derives from our manifestations.
The sweet face is assumed to have a thin, dignified personality
While the huge red face, the narrow eyes, is assumed to be an angry, suspicious figure.
We trust that personal identity can be seen from the moral body,
Although there is a large exception to this rule, namely ourselves.
When it comes to us, we often realize and all of us are sad,
That our body clearly does not represent our reality.
We are fully aware of the enormous gap between our understanding of ourselves,
And suggestions emanating from our bodies.
We may feel from the inside that we are nice, inspiring, curious, cheerful, and youthful
But the face we see in the mirror is sealed in a frame
May be firm, firm, serious,
And the nearest to be a dull old sheikh.
We may have brazenly cut our hair in one way or another,
Or soften our appearance with the help of a lighter vest,
Or some bold shoes, or get a kind of moisturizers or powders here and there,
But nothing will overcome our enormous injustice
Which we seem to be subject to.
We feel that we are just ugly,
But feel something greater: the evening we represent,
As if we were forced to face the world, as ambassadors of the state
They are not in fact, and they do not represent us.
English writer George Orwell once pointed out that “at the age of forty
Each carries the face it deserves. “
This belief is absurd and cruel, as if we point out that both may get sick,
He gets the income, the life, or the amount he deserves.
No one, not even with 40 years of trying
May be able to change the shape of his face
With an inner effort to better reflect his identity.
No one has ever thought he would
As a person with a small nose and during more than half a lifetime
He has already trimmed his nose even a quarter of a millimeter.
In fact, it is quite likely that the opposite will happen
Our personalities are responsible for shaping themselves
On the face that our faces suggest,
As a result of years of people’s assumption
That it must be our reality, and treated us in the light of our manifestations.
The nicest parts of a person look nice
Will float permanently on the surface,
Through the aspirations and encouragement of others.
A person who is usually supposed to be a bit malignant
Because of Milan’s eyelid,
May end up being adapted to the mainstream stories that tell the truth.
The problem of mind and body leads us to understand some of what we must really love
To include in most of its bodies a vine, and an innovation:
An obligation that reminds us that others are not as they appear,
That they did not choose their bodies,
And that there could be a different personality
Confined in their physical condition.
Writer Cyril Connolly who struggled with his extra weight throughout his life,
And he felt disgusted by his full round cheeks,
And his bald head, and what he referred to as “the sky of the accountant” once wrote bitterly:
“Inside every fat man a fat man tries to come out ..”
But this phenomenon should not be limited to the fat / thin,
Within a sad number of us lies another person trying to get out,
Perhaps a mature man in the 65-year-old woman’s body in the 25,
Or a hard-working girl from the body of a nervous man in the middle of his life.
The best we can do to overcome the problem of mind and body
Do not mess with our clothes, or invest in hairdressers,
Or endanger our health by plastic surgery.
We will never be able to match mind and body properly
Through external sculpture.
But the solution is to recognize that
This problem is an existential part of our being human beings.
So we always have to fight to remember
Despite all the visual evidence, the spirit of love
That the bodies and faces of others are completely separate
About the personalities of their minds.
In the hope that others will give us over time
A generous and very kind interpretation
When their looks turn to our faces and bodies. 🙂
