Self-Esteem

Loving ourselves,
Or as half of it with high self-esteem
It is critical to feeling happy.
The strange thing is that the result of the self-esteem part is often unpredictable.
There are people who hold modest jobs,
The body is not spectacular or with friends who are not charming.
However they have the highest levels of self-confidence
They seem to love themselves
Despite the absence of any strong signal approval from the world.
There are others,
Who seem as if any amount of achievement, prestige and financial security.
Can not earn them self-esteem.
They punish and criticize themselves with concern.
They always feel they are disappointing,
Do not feel they really deserve to exist.
Owning a deep level of self-esteem
It seems that it will eventually have little to do with hitting any verifiable standards.
It seems to be associated with a kind of more personal, quirky, more internal logic,
With fortified factors to advance the concept of achievement.
Three facts stand out in particular
First:
What your father did of the same sex
The Greatest You will respect yourself
Is how to compare yourself with your father of the same gender.
Whether you have achieved more or less from your mother or father.
It seems to have good levels of self-esteem
Are only available to those who have surpassed their father of the same sex.
Those who grew up in a poor environment have a great advantage here.
Maybe you are driving an old taxi around Manhattan
She lives in one room in Harlem.
But, if your father is of the same sex as a farmer from eastern Burkina Faso
You will sometimes feel princely.
Similarly, after more sadly,
It may have originated in excellent conditions
But if your father is of the same sex as hundreds of millions
You only earn a middle-class salary
You will be exposed to the insidious feeling that you are a disgrace.
Second:
What your colleagues have reached.
We do not feel sufficient regarding everyone who has more of us
Only those that may come to see it belong to another
A decisive factor for self-esteem:
Peer
We mean the people who studied with us
Who are like our age
And living in our part of the world.
These people matter more infinitely to our sense of well-being
Of the general population.
It’s a piece of maximum misfortune
A matter of special lament and help
If one of our peers started a company worth a billion dollars or,
God forbid, someone became president of the country.
Every time someone we went to school together with him leads us better,
A small part of us die.
We should have cared more,
And to study in very ordinary schools,
After graduation, we throw all reunion invitations directly into the trash.
Third:
What kind of love I received in childhood.
Much depends on what kind of affection we received in childhood,
In particular, how many conditions that our love came with.
Some of us have had parents who only know how to give the conditional kind of love.
The whole report was based on grades in schools,
With efforts to naturally arise, to be outstanding.
But it is not easy, to live the length of your life,
Desperate to extinguish flame flames self-hatred
Seeks to impress everyone you meet in search of an unsatisfied desire you did not know is parental consent.
But others, the blessed,
Who knew unconditional love from the beginning,
They will be fine.
They will not have to pay too much
They were hidden in the primary buoyancy
Are sure to know that they matter once and immeasurably
Reversible as large as Launches
To be unpleasant.
It will not necessarily be a tragedy.
Knowledge of foreign internal assets of self-esteem is very important
Because of the majority of times we seek a goal in the belief that it will ultimately succeed
It gives us the key to feeling good about ourselves.
The truth seems a bit darker.
Your performance may seem good at work
But if your father is a very successful person, your schoolmate becomes the head of the country
Or your parents did not get caught up in the right kind of unconditional love
There will be no amount of pursuit of goals and winning medals.
This change is where our challenges lie.
Feeling complacent about ourselves
It is not something we can ultimately achieve through the profession
Or economic achievements alone.
In large part, it will be in our acceptance of ourselves.
The result of understanding our past
There lies an effective sense of shame and humiliation.
It seems that owning a high level of self esteem seems to be largely a psychology
Rather than the fruit of anything we might achieve
In the world
For the economy.
