PHILOSOPHY – René Descartes

Rina Descartes is a French philosopher found in the 17th century
Known for his famous saying “I think if I exist”
He deserves attention and study for several more reasons
Who is so special that he was very rational
At a time when many philosophers relied on religious arguments
Descartes believed only in man’s logical and mental ability
Here’s how his book “Laws That Guide the Mind”
I would like to point out that the true value of our lives is that it enables us to access the knowledge we need for our lives without needing anyone
He believed in the ability of man to reach the truth through introspection based on clarity of reasoning and rational reasoning
And believes that the problems of the world are the result of the wrong use of our minds
Because of confusion and poor understanding and logic
Try in his life to make the mind ready for thought
Descartes proposes to solve the basic questions that divide into small parts that are understandable
Through direct analytical questions
He called it method of doubt
We feel confused in front of deep questions such as the meaning of life or what love is because we do not know how to break up these questions into smaller parts
Descartes described the suspicion as having a jar filled with good, bad apples
Being a philosopher means having the ability and patience to check the box and check each one separately to make sure that the rest is only good
And among his ideas that made him influential on many leaders of the French Revolution
He believes that we build our ideas on self-experience and logic rather than on power and tradition
In his book “Speech in the Curriculum” published in 1637, he explained a method of writing
A long time ago I left the way of searching messages because there is no knowledge outside ourselves or life
In my youth I traveled, visited several places, mixed up with different people and gathered different experiences
I tested myself in several situations
I personally thought about the experiences I had to take advantage of
Descartes lived for a long time outside his country of France, traveling to the Netherlands
Descartes’ self-direction toward philosophy made it culminating in his saying
Famous I think then I exist
The saying first appeared in French in the book “Speech in the Curriculum”
Then came Balatinism in the basics of philosophy 1644
This phrase was an answer to the question of how a person knows that he actually exists and not
Quality dream or imagination
In his quest to answer whether life is a dream
Descartes noted that our senses can not be trusted
He thought he was not sure whether he was actually sitting on a chair next to the fire or
Only he dreams of it
What sure he actually thinks
His presence can be proven by he can not think whether he exists or not if he does not actually exist
So human reasoning is proof of its existence
