How do I find a purposeful job?
The first requirement for any job is to have a good salary
But (there is another requirement) of equal importance and less common (than its predecessor)
Is that the job is full of meanings (for the employee)
But how do we make the job meaningful?
What does it mean to say that a job is meaningful?
There are 3 things that pigmentation work with:

But the salary of the good job is what keeps them, and this unfortunately without meaning.
Third, the job has a real meaning if it really helps others
But you may not feel it from day to day,
Because many organizations are very large and slow-moving and divided on several continents so that the goal of anyone’s work in the day
Lost between meetings, memos, invitations to meetings and unfinished management
