How to Be More Grateful


It is annoying when we are reminded to thank what we have.
Because someone has been telling us not to forget to be grateful
This phase method is very different from the current mainstream ideas, just as they always emphasize the determination and efforts.
Those thoughts: Let us stop to count the good things, those that deserve to be satisfied
This makes people feel inexplicable and dangerous. It seems to be a loyalty to the losers.
Or like a consolation prize
But in fact, it is rich in many things; if we know that we may die tonight,
We will know immediately to cherish all of this.

In the silent dawn, the companion around us
The reason why we don’t know how to be grateful is often from a fear; that is, if we accept what we have
To be grateful for what it is, it will make us look weak and complacent.
No willpower to accept new challenges
In contrast, anxiety is the feeling we are familiar with.
From the beginning, anxiety is as good as it goes.
But in the end, I always feel unsatisfied…
It’s not a hero and a wise thing to always think about those things that are messed up, and those who are humiliating and frustrating.
In fact, it can make people more brave and mature, and can be from an optimistic point of view…
Going to practice accepting what happened – more or less – is actually no problem.
Ironically, what is usually what we can recognize this truth is our own death: how fast it is coming and
How impermanent, and how many lives we will miss when we visit.
We are constantly being ruined by our failures, and we are always holding on to the distorted views and stories.
Caused us to be hit at least once a day
And strengthen this idea in everyday life.
A grateful heart will come to us, when we start to look at it with a more realistic feeling
Those small, but important, small fortunate – to be more calm,
Humble heart to understand that we cannot have things that will eventually pass.
