Being Jollied Along

There are friends who have good faith
Yet they react in a sorry way when we have a problem
You find them doing their best to make us happy
We may appreciate their good intentions, while at the same time, their style is greatly exaggerated
What we want them above all
Not just a quick acknowledgment of the fact that our problems – no matter what they may seem –
Easy solution
But we want them to share our sorrows with compassionate compassion
There are times when we do not believe in easy solutions, but we still want companionship
We want to give way to a slight and silent sadness
And to acknowledge the fact that life is inherently difficult
Sadness is not necessarily a disease that must be treated
However, we find that the vast majority of friendships still carry a pleasant character
Or you may be less sympathetic, so you are not interested in a good mood
This leaves the wrong impression that the best way to please others
Can only be imposed by a vibrant mood on them
While recognizing despair is a key tool to re-understand friendship correctly
With regard to pedagogical methods
Identified psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott
There are a number of problems in dealing with children
We always find the person who wants to delight the children
He carries them with exaggerated joy
Swing them up and down, and make funny movements in his face
Shouting cheerfully
This criticism may be confusing
What is wrong with our desire to keep the child happy!
Winnicott, however, was concerned about the impact this method would have on the child
The child was given no opportunity to express his grief, or his feelings in general
This person does not give the child an opportunity to determine his temperament
He wants only to impose a mood, which may not reflect the reality of the child
It’s not just about keeping a child happy,
The concern is that the idea that the child is sad is unacceptable
Therefore, the feelings of disappointment and grief are unknown and sometimes overwhelming
“Children’s lives must be full of sorrows, as adults do,” Winnicott said
This means that we must be empowered for periods of grief constantly
Maybe on a broken game,
Or cloudy Sunday afternoon, or may be what we see of permanent sadness in the eyes of our fathers
A friend is as important as a breeder
He has to remember the moments of life that deserve to live in love and sadness
How much we owe our loyalty to your gods
Who do not feel compelled to deny our sorrows.
