The Flying Camera | National Geographic

the micro copter is a mini helicopter
with six blades it flies from battery
power and can just carry a small camera
it’s a micro copter I’m carrying it
around all the time when I see something
with fly there’s a lot of technical
issues with doing this so we have to
start out very close to our subject
well Nathan flies it my assistant for
many years like the leaders wife Reba
she’s fly controller she’s looking at a
computer because when this thing runs
out of electricity falls out of the sky
and then I’m looking through goggles at
the scene the camera hat is acting as a
video cameras in a way
[Music]
it’s a very human creativity I’m very
excited
