Spark Plugs | National Geographic

I got these spark plugs how much is
gonna run me there are dollar 20 each I
can’t do that price man I’m trying to
buy spark plugs here to extract the
platinum but there is no way I can make
a profit at that price that surprise we
give out here man and there are dollar
20 each this junkyard dog is really
pissing me off these have been sitting
in these cars right I mean nobody really
wants spark plugs I can give you 350 for
the bucket you take that I mean that’s
all I got on me actually but come on man
I go part of the 350 for you okay plus
texts after hours of digging spark plugs
I’ve got to get the Platinum out of
there as soon as I can
Platinum is worth a lot of money right
now but I’m in a hurry cash mine in my
buddy DJ runs an auto shop I know he’s
got the tools and he owes me a couple
favors so hopefully he can help me and
get these things open and get the
Platinum out yeah this porcelain rod
goes all the way through okay all right
this metal tip that’s where the Platinum
is now we take that saw and cut a
straight line down here ought to be able
to wedge that apart
oh nice
it’s obvious why a lot of people don’t
extract platinum from spark plugs as
hard as this is though part of its kind
of fun it’s anger management you know I
get to smash things damn it
all that work for that little toothpick
of platinum I’m not the kind of guy that
gives up on something I’ve started as
long as I’ve already put this much into
it we’re gonna finish tonight
