100% certain the spot they’ve agreed
upon will offer them the best tactical
advantage anywhere on the property a
decision they think can only be made by
a professional so they called in Brian
Bishop a special ops veteran with sniper
experience who’s completed nine combat
tours in the Middle East
all right Brian so here this is the
property we can see the roads coming in
and out what are your thoughts the
vantage point up here is excellent
you’ve got great observation on
high-speed avenues approach coming in on
the road one thing that you can always
count on is uh you know people uh is
there laziness
you know you’ve got extremely rough
terrain back here you don’t necessarily
have to worry about people coming in
from this side but the road is that
natural line of drift and that
high-speed avenue of approach that
you’re gonna really need to keep your
eyes on and protect today Brian will
also test the firing range from the
selected vantage point all right guys
one picked a couple of rifles that I
thought would be you know best suited
for the job so here we go we’ve got uh d
d m4 le and it’s gonna allow you a
little more range be able to reach out
and touch targets at 800 meters 800
yards with this guy Brian brought a
modified ar-15 which fires small high
caliber bullets and can hit targets
eight to ten inches in diameter what’s
good enough break these out and we’ll
law we’ll get started on that grab this
one yep absolutely
this modified model has an 18 inch
barrel which gives around even more
velocity and will take out an enemy up
to a half a mile away the same distance
from where the tower will stand to the
edge of their property you’re gonna want
to have you know a jacket rolled up or
sleeping bag or in this case what what I
like to use is a is an assault pack so
you know another good example that would
be a bug-out bag
snipers work in pairs the spotter is
tasked with assessing the distance to
the target and wind speed that affects a
bullets trajectory the shooter is
expertly trained in using a weapon
systems arc sling shot it because Shane
has the most experience with firearms he
will bear the responsibility of taking
the kill shot I’d go to any lengths
necessary to protect my family um if
that means you know killing somebody
because they’re trying to invade in
either tree they’re trying to hurt me my
family or still our food or water I’ll
do that okay so that crosshair should be
right directly in the middle of that red
dot that’s in the center of the target
we understand gotcha Oh baby okay good
good shot but you’re about a half inch
low go ahead and come up
okay saying you’ve got an excellent
group down there on the target if you
guys set up your position here on this
hilltop correctly you can definitely
keep people way out on the road you know
five to eight hundred yards away and you
know they’ll never they’ll never even
set foot on your property that’s awesome

they actually impressed me that they got
a chance to get to familiarize with the
weapon system we got a chance to do some
rapid target engagement they learned a
lot so I think that they can you know
effectively defend their property with
the the equipment that they have
