here in the leafy suburbs of New Jersey
there’s a very special house for sale
and for this experiment we rigged every
room inside with hidden cameras so we
can watch unnoticed as unsuspecting
house hunters shop for a bargain I hear
you you hear me
our realtor Brian Lewis is showing
several home buyers this two-story dream
home featuring six bedrooms five
bathrooms and a brand new kitchen
similar homes in the area often sell for
about 1.5 million dollars but for this
experiment we’re listing the house for
only six hundred and seventy thousand
way below market value so what would you
do if you were on the market for a place
to live I mean it seems pretty obvious
right this place is an absolute steal
but at some point you might start to
wonder why is it so cheap let’s find out
so how about that yard it’s so pretty
good you lured you come up isn’t yeah
super dramatic right yes you’ve got this
marble fireplace the the wood panel on
the doors of the frigerator and that
pretty this is a heck of a first home
our first couple seems to love the place
the space is perfect all right but
they’re about to find out why it’s such
a killer deal I’m gonna show you the
rest of the house but I have to tell you
one very important thing you know this
well this is priced really well I’m sure
that you saw this are you the
superstitious with what’s happening it’s
what happened but it says the past
something happened okay
there was an infamous incident that
happened in the house
there was a murder huh I’m done else in
the house none let me let me tell you
this let me tell you this so the good
thing is the price five seconds ago was
her dream home she didn’t even stay for
a second Wow
she’s just leave if you don’t wait okay
let me let you out all right guys well
you have a wonderful day bye and they
weren’t the only ones who had a change
of heart did you say somebody was
murdered in this room right here in this
room oh wow
you can tell the mood has changed in the
bedroom so you are sensitive to things
like this yeah well somebody was
murdered in this room how did that make
you feel I see dead people
a few buyers even had a physical
reaction this home was the site of a
murder
their face has just changed they turn
white
– my god that’s man could you get over
it
