Meet the Shark Men: David | National Geographic

this is david olson he’s a cameraman and
deckhand on the shark men ship ocean he
may sometimes get distracted should we
looking for like Pam Anderson or Matthew
McConaughey running on the beach but
when everyone else goes back up on deck
David’s the one who dives in ok
everybody on everybody off so for divers
they have the capabilities to rip your
face off but it’s not like they want to
he does whatever it takes to get the
shot I want to get that perspective of
the star believe in the cradle and I
know I can get that cage but it’s a
matter of the camera get in there with
me yeah and so I think the only my best
alternative is to swim from here to
there which is fine I’m probably making
a big deal out of it but there are a
bunch of short underneath the boat right
now David that is a big deal with the
job like this it’s crucial to keep the
mood light if you get bitten by a shark
we’re not too far from really good
health care so it’s not a bad spot get
bit except of ice cream half
we got for the superb with this
daring dude is more than he seems he’s
also a gourmet chef who loves to eat oh
yeah but we’re not sure how he keeps his
figure maybe it’s all the adrenaline big
one just circled right underneath the
boat came right back just all kind of
like the from the dorsal to the tail but
it looked big we got to move this cage
really quick and so it’s back to work
for David
