Mary Hunts Black Bear | Port Protection

that’s all good
two weeks into bear season avid hunter
and six year resident of Port protection
Mary Miller has decided to hunt her
first black bear I grew up hunting and
fishing in the lower 48
you know deer ducks geese I wanted to
take the challenge and get out and hunts
black bear I have never shot a black
bear before this is my protection the
meat of an average sized black bear
properly capped can last a family in
Port protection several months yeah my
dad gave me this gun it’s loud but it’s
also powerful enough you know to finish
that bear off if need be it’s the last
thing I want to do is walk up on a
wounded knocked out bear and have them
come back to on me and not be ready for
it
I want to do this hunt from start to
finish
by myself
that self-satisfaction I just want to
prove prove it to myself you know
nobody thought I was gonna make it here
anyways you know coming fresh out of the
city you know acrylic nails and all but
I showed them
