Loggerhead vs. Lobster | National Geographic

this loggerhead sea turtle has a
friendly face
but do a bottom-dwelling crustacean it’s
the face of a ruthless hunter
loggerheads weigh an average of 300
pounds and can weigh up to 1,200 pounds
they use their powerful jaws to crush
and tear up prey which means this
slipper lobster won’t get much use out
of its exoskeleton though this
bottom-dwelling prey has one advantage
it doesn’t have to take a breathing
break still the sea turtle makes short
work of the slower creature loggerheads
eat a huge variety of foods both plants
and animals a veritable smorgasbord but
nothing beats really fresh seafood
