In the Pit of Hell | National Geographic

my first night in Lori gancho I remember
a lot of noise people yelling all night
long cell doors opening and closing
I started getting the clue that we’ve
been lied to by the police officer at
the hotel I realized that it’s gonna be
a long time if ever before we leave here
and a week later something very bad
happened woke one morning heard a shot I
could see the man laying on the ground
he was shot in the leg from a gun tower
it was obvious that he had tried to
escape
and then another guard approached that
prisoner
took his pistol out shot him in the head
it was just so heart-wrenching I was in
a pit of hell
