it watch your step there all right I was
never scout cuz in my neighborhood we
didn’t have any as a father of three I
hardly have any time to go out into the
outdoors and I’m here to see how I’m
gonna stack up against the scouts let’s
get it done this competition is about
regaining my youth all right come on in
guys right over here my name is Charles
Ingram and welcome to are you tougher
than a Boy Scout here at Camp wits it
bill mark-paul these are the scouts
gentlemen here’s how this works you’re
competing against the scouts as a team
but after each challenge one of you will
be eliminated until just one is left
standing scouts go ahead and get ready
all right it’s time to get serious and
ready for your first challenge we are
paying tribute to our frontier spirit in
a challenge we call the pioneer this
challenge tests the merit badge skills
for pioneering and rifle shooting late
1800s pioneering poles and lashings were
the common tools of the day teams may
use only these materials to complete
three tasks first they must build a
bridge to cross a stream then build an
a-frame derrick to cross a wider deeper
river finally teams must find this rifle
range load and fire a musket ball rifle
my first team to hit all three targets
wins
