Ep 1: Woodsmen – Video Diary | Ultimate Survival

that was a fun first day we would land
it would land on a glacier and took a
team of dog dogs mushing and that was
kind of crazy cuz I’ve never spent a
whole day on a glacier before and it was
sunny I mean I feel like I got tons of
Sun and it was a lot warmer than I
expected you know just it was hot up
there actually is kind of cool and then
we went mushing and ended up kind of bad
because we went through some a little
creek and some water and we all got wet
the boys got a little more wet than I
did because they had the double the
double sled and had to walk it through I
kind of felt bad for you ult and Jimmy
they went waist deep in the water but
then Sebastian shmuel from his dog camp
gave us some firewood and next thing you
know we’re trekking on up into a glacier
to spend the night and I am like going
oh my god I’ve never slept outside and
in on a glacier before in the snow so
that was really nerve-wracking for me as
we were building our shelter tonight
that i was going to freeze my ass off
and I honestly I just I felt really
nervous I’ve never slept outside on a
glacier well I don’t yeah freaking me
out we got we get here and the rock is
we find a huge rock and the boys decide
to build a shelter near that so we had
cover from that we used our tarp to go
over that over the rock and then we took
and built with the with our cooking pan
and our my axe and we built this
fortress what it seemed like a fortress
to me at the end of building it and um
got got a fire going we had a like a
little living room going and with a fire
and it’s it seemed like a really
comfortable place to sleep so we’re
going to sleep there tonight and I’ll
tell you tomorrow how it went little
nerve-wracking going into this but I’m
hopeful to make it through the night I
don’t want to sleep outside on a glacier
