Being Wernher von Braun | American Genius

I am dr. Wernher von Braun German
scientist American citizen and I hope
develop the space race for the United
States of America I am most proud that I
got the American people in the world to
think outside of our planets to dream
larger to go beyond the limits of what
has been in the past and to work hard to
get there I am an American genius and
I’m very proud
our blind ambition can be a curse to a
genius we can often be led astray I
could have taken more care of my workers
in Germany however my blind ambition
propelled me only to fulfill my dream of
getting into space the man must dream
bigger we can go farther than our
imaginations will allow I know it is
possible I’ve seen it so a Jake Olaf was
a genius he almost beat me he beat me to
space when I put the man on the moon so
Jake Olaf definitely helped my mission
to space he gave my cause energy fuel
and fire and he hoped the dream be
realized we needed the competition to
fuel the fire and gain support from the
peoples so that may get to space
peacefully and explore outside of our
boundaries the technology we were
developing was only in science fiction
before the thrusters and Rockets we
built to take us to space were beyond
the imagination of mankind I did not
know who my competitor was in the Soviet
Union until his death and it was always
say how do you say in America monkey on
my back to know that he was beating me
to the race the United States of America
won the space race
the people of the United States of
America wanted to go to space and we
went there on our own volition I think
in the end though all of mankind
benefited by our race leaving our
troubled wartime past behind
