Amelia | Live Free or Die

I moved here about ten years ago and I
really started getting into gardening I
started getting more and more interested
and I started using a lot less water I
started thinking differently I’ve been
living in smaller spaces we live in a
teeny tiny house it’s just barely enough
room for both of us
but that’s the sacrifice we make in
order to not be in debt I think you have
to be very tolerant of discomfort in
order to live here
I grew up part time at my mom some part
time with my dad my dad had a huge 80
acre farm he had cows we had chickens we
had lots of gardens so it’s always been
a part of my life my dad brings over a
lot of things sometimes we can use them
sometimes not hey Marcus hey dude
sometimes he’ll just kind of appear and
like Oh Mark’s here and a lot of the
time it’s great cuz he brings cool stuff
oh my god what he said um I like it
my dad and my brother loved to hunt and
skin and I do too
gosh have a bobcat here yeah it’s really
nice cool well I am excited we can make
a pelt and eat the meat if it’s still
good I’ve been using less in general so
that I’m not taking morning
