in your mind if this noise is making you
feel like that you need to ask yourself
why are you associating these feelings
with that noise you probably wanted to
stop right now it’s probably making you
feel real uncomfortable and this isn’t
you detest it and associate these
feelings with it so why on earth that
you lose to it every single warning why
if you hate that noise so much hitting
the snooze button is just asking to hear
it again
instead of snooze button it should be
labeled repeat in ten minutes that’s all
it is really right I mean we play this
game with ourselves every 10 minutes we
hit that bud loop again we sit there
staring at the ceiling waiting for the
tone again there it comes fully snooze
button now I’ll lay here a little bit
not resting still not sleeping no
just waiting to hear that sound again

we do this break the cycle stop playing
these games for yourself we are not here
to play silly games we are here to
succeed to win if you think you’ll

you don’t respect yourself and your

I know you’re feeling guilty when you
press it you are completely aware of
what you would do you hate yourself for
it but you still roll over to the south
side of your pillow oh yes so comfy but
you are so guilty that you don’t even
snooze you just lay there thinking about
getting up you think about how bad it is
that you have already given up on your
day you lay that doing nothing because
so why do it what is the goddamn point
you aren’t even get any rest
you just beaten yourself oh yeah your
hair might be a little bit comfier but
your mind is in discomfort you are
damaging your will and strength to
if you’re gonna lay there and just feel
guilty you are just wasting your time it
is a simple battle in your mind a
routine that you have bought into it and
it’s one you must destroy it before it

you catch yourself here in the alarm

just trying to ignore it but it’s going
but you catch yourself for that moment
