THE BEST SPEECH EVER – Choose Who You Want To Be – INSPIRING SPEECH

we all understand genetics you’re going
to get your mother’s eyes your father’s
nose and there’s nothing that you could
do about it but the spirit of who you’re
going to become as a man or a woman I
believe that you can choose it is a deep
biblical scripture tells us that we are
all born with a spirit that allows us to
embrace God whatever you perceive God to
be well that same spirit can be beamed
down into darkness I don’t know how many
of you all read my first book The
Pursuit of Happyness but those of you
who did you met my stepfather and they
were full who will say I could have
become him I could have become another
alcoholic wife-beating child abuse an
illiterate loser and a lot of people
would have said well look where he’s
from he didn’t have a choice well I did
have a choice I saw the light and my
mother and in others with whom I did not
share a single drop of blood and I
embraced it you constantly remind
yourself after every defeat after every
setback every time you get knocked down
I’ve got a saying if life knocks you
down try and land on your back because
if you can look up you can get up see a
lot of people because of failure they
stop they stop believing let me share
something with you you will fail your
way to success yes eight out of ten
millionaires have been financially
bankrupt you will fail your way to
success it doesn’t matter how many times
you fail it doesn’t matter how many
times people tell you that you can’t do
it it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a
dime in the fake you will fail your way
to success really believe in order
influence people you got to know what
already influences them huh the mistake
that we make is we don’t connect enough
to figure out who this person is and
what most of us do is try to lead other
people by influencing them the way we’ve
the influence they try to influence
their kid to clean the room the way that
would make you do it but even though
they’re your kid they’re different than
you and so they’re gonna do it for a
different set of reasons than what you
would do it for you might have done it
because someone told you to but your
kids
all day long that’s not it there has to
be something else it’s a sense of
freedom they get from it or a sense of
mass just something that’s going to move
them so I always say there are two
things that influence everyone if you
want to be a leader you have to know how
to change other people’s states a person
is in a no state a person’s in an angry
state persons in a frustrated state you
have to be able to influence their stake
is if you change their state you’re
gonna change the result they get but the
second thing you have to understand is
what are people’s blueprints blueprints
my shorthand for what are the values
what do they believe what do they fear I
always say to people that life is found
in the dance between what you desire
most and what you fear most if I want to
lead you and support you I got to know
your goals your desires I don’t know
what you’re scared about what you’re
fearful about what stresses you out and
if I understand that I can communicate
in a way that’ll inspire you to maximize
not only when I’m here that’s management
leadership is ongoing and you’ve raised
your own standard and you’re gonna
continue to perform at a higher level
you gotta be willing to do it afraid see
you might be waiting for the fear to
stop Lisa I heard this so many times
Lisa I’m afraid what do I do
do it anyway Lisa I’m afraid I don’t
quite know if I should move move anyway
I don’t know if I should leap leap
afraid and then gather your courage on
the way down and if you don’t get it
before you hit you what’s gonna hit
anyway I’d rather die leaping then on
the edge figuring out how to get the
courage to leap yes yes yes yes so many
times we’re waiting we’re waiting I’m
waiting I’m waiting to get something
rise I see your hands going up you guys
know if it’s your truth you can raise
your hand just like we did on day zero
you’re just kind of waiting you’re
waiting to get everything in order
you’re waiting you’re waiting so that
everything is is Inuits together you’re
waiting to not be afraid you’re waiting
to have the courage you’re waiting to
have all the money you’re waiting to
lose weight
see see if I waited to release my
unwanted pounds before I got in front of
you Lisa Nichols would be the secret yes
yes I thought how about I just leap with
my imperfection and then find my form of
perfecting my imperfection while I’m
sorry how about I do that how about how
about you not wait to get it right
you look at you figure out how does it
look doing it wrong how does that look
because you’re 80% of right is somebody
else’s hundred and fifty nine percent of
what they needed yes yes and what you
want to do it right and you want to wait
too you’re not afraid and you want to
wait together all together oh you made
it about you again see Nelson Mandela
did it he just did it not knowing if it
were right Mahatma Gandhi just did it
not knowing if it were right mother
Teresa just did it not looking for
affirmation or confirmation is this
right Martin Luther King did it not even
knowing if it would happen before his
life ended what are you waiting on are
you willing to do it afraid are you
willing to do it knowing that you got so
much work to do to get it better to get
it more perfect but are you willing to
do it inside your imperfection do you
realize that in your imperfection you’re
perfect for the job as a young guy 23
years of age I had the opportunity of a
lifetime I had a chance to go to work
for and become the protege of one of the
top young heart surgeons in the country
his name is dr. Robert Ellis we both met
while we were in the military I was a
u.s. Navy hospital corpsman I was 23
years old single no children I had a
chance to move to San Francisco
California I took the job for $7,500 a
year dr. Ellis and I worked together for
four years
we co-authored and published numerous
articles at major scientific journals
about this time I met fell in love with
moving in with and had a child with this
beautiful woman who had just graduated
from the University of California dental
school
becoming a parent for me was the most
important precious and loving thing I’ve
ever been a part of in my life I was one
of those little boys who grew up without
a father and not just without a father
but with a stepfather who was fine too
reminded me every day I ain’t your daddy
you ain’t got no daddy sometimes putting
a 12-gauge shotgun right here just to
make his point I didn’t know what a
commitment was but I knew what a promise
was and I promised myself as a five year
old boy when I grow up become a man and
have children my children gonna know
where their father is so when I became a
parent there wasn’t just some biological
extension of the bloodline there was a
whole lot of stuff came with that I had
worked my way up to the top of the pay
scale at the University I’m now making
seventeen thousand five hundred dollars
a year my ex had not passed the boards
she couldn’t practice and we got a baby
we’re a young family I had to forget
about a possible career in science I had
to forget about maybe becoming a
physician I got to take care of a family
I got a real job I went into cells I
went to work for a distributor of
scientific products the computer
industry was in its infancy 40 miles
south of San Francisco down on the
peninsula we move across the bay to
Berkeley California to save money
it meant the nightmare of a commute but
you do what you got to do but I was now
making twenty five thousand dollars a
year and I thought man we could be okay
big guys in the business that I was in
at that time big guys in that business
made $80,000 a year we had this one guy
I’ll never forget him
his name was Ramos and he used to walk
like he was the NBC Peacock just because
he made 80 grand a year and I remember
thinking man 80
gran I want to walk like that but one
day I happen to be a one of my accounts
San Francisco General Hospital where
there’s never any place to park I see
something that’s the beginning of my
life changing I don’t even know it I see
a guy that is absolutely the sharpest
guy I’d ever seen in my life no flash no
BS just sharp and he was driving this
gorgeous red for worried slowly circling
the parking lot looking for some place
to park I go up to the guy and I say hey
man I’m coming out you can hear my
parking place but I got to ask you two
questions the two questions were what do
you do and how do you do that turns out
this guy’s a stockbroker and not just a
stockbroker he’s one of the top
institutional sales people on Wall
Street and he makes $80,000 a month now
I’m not the smartest guy in this room
but I’m pretty good with some numbers
beau I figured that out one guy’s
walking around like the NBC Peacock the
other guy was rolling like a rock star I
knew what I wanted to do I started
spending a lot of time with this guy in
his office downtown San Francisco
learning what a stockbroker does when I
was supposed to be 40 miles away selling
scientific equipment a couple of things
happen simultaneously number one I began
to accumulate a huge amount of parking
tickets
double parking illegal parking late to
feed a meter number to every place I
went to interview I heard the same word
no no no no from my ex at home I heard a
couple of other words I remember them
also I believe they were delusional and
unrealistic she had a point major Wall
Street firms have begun to require an
MBA just to get into their institutional
training programs I had never gone to
college
didn’t mean it was a smart didn’t mean
it wasn’t bright I just didn’t have a
college degree but I kept coming back I
interview for a year I’ve been asked
many times you interviewed for a year to
get a trainee slot with no guarantee do
you think it was racism no absolutely
not
there’s another ISM something called
place ism think about it
I had never gone to college did not come
from a politically connected family had
no money of my own to invest in the
stock market whose going to do business
with you
that’s place ISM that could affect
anybody in this room but I kept coming
back and I kept coming back for one
reason for a full year of interviews and
that one reason was my mother I had one
of those old-fashioned mothers who
taught me from the very beginning
that I could do or be anything I wanted
to do Abby apparently I took it too far
I made in my mind my first ambition in
life I was going to become Miles Davis
mama said I could be anybody
I chose miles I studied music music
theory I played trumpet for nine years I
got pretty good people would ask me as a
little boy what you gonna be when you
grow up ma’am I’m gonna be Miles Davis
my mom heard me said one time too many
we sat down one day at the kitchen table
and we had what I called the talk and
she explained to me she says baby you’re
pretty good with that thing but you
can’t be Miles Davis ain’t but one and
he got that job and when your mom put it
to you like that you got to feel that
and I had to look at the facts the facts
were at 18 years of age Miles Davis was
a New York City playing with Quincy
Jones and Dizzy Gillespie at the same
age I was playing with some boys named
Pookie and ray-ray
hey we were good but it wouldn’t go
happen but the point is another key
decision was made as a young guy and
that decision was I was going to become
world-class at something I just had to
find that one thing that turned me on as
much as the music did and the very first
time that I walked into a Wall Street
trading room I knew man this is it the
ticker tape is rolling the phones are
ringing off the hook people are
screaming and shouting out orders bodies
of flattened all over the place
tickets are getting stamped and one
looked like chaos to anybody else for me
it was like reading a sheet of music and
I could fill it and I knew this is where
I’m supposed to be our war one branch
manager down to the point that he says
to me guard their base don’t persistence
alone we could give you a shot I believe
that leadership is really a skill of
influence it is the most important skill
that any human being can master and I
don’t think of leadership as a position
I see it as a skill a tool that all of
us have to have in other words the
quality of your life either really
believe comes down to your level of
leadership other people don’t have to
follow you to be a leader but you have
to live life on your terms and the first
person you have to influence it yourself
you know whether you’re fit or fat you
know whether your kids are out you know
on drugs or not it’s who has more
influence the guy in the street corner
or you whether you’re fit or fattest can
you influence your own hands your own
body your own mind to do what’s
necessary so I think to be able to
influence the thoughts the feelings the
emotions and the actions of another
human being that’s what leadership is I
went to the next floor necessary to stop
talking to people in seeking and asking
but what I wanted and leveraging
relationships and trying to find out how
do the people do it that went ahead of
me how do they do it
and then what is it I need to do how is
it I need to train myself to develop
myself
what’s the resources that will be
required in order to make it happen and
as I start seeking out and asking
questions I started running into people
said I know someone who can help you do
that and they helped me get connected
with those people remember we have so
much energy that can take us so far it’s
necessary
you hook up with some other energy that
can take you to the next level I hooked
up with him they said less let’s go us
and away we go
[Applause]
[Music]
[Applause]
[Music]
you want your stuff it’s necessary you
take responsibility for it now you make
it happen that you don’t give up that
you don’t take any objection or
disappointment or defeats personally
that you keep on keeping on that you
don’t decide that I can’t make it
because you can’t see the light at the
end of the tunnel that you realize that
the part of the program and here’s
something you’ve got to resolve say this
to yourself every day see as long as you
breathe that you got a shot at your
dream that’s the way I resolve say this
[Music]
not over till I win not over til I get
through it’s not over til I get over not
over till I get what I want don’t get
over the day to look out I’m gonna come
back and take the hinges off that’s how
you got to do that you’ve got to have
that kind of courage that type of
determination if you want to make it
happen it’s you that you’ve got to take
personal responsibility to make it
happen again on an airplane what’s the
first thing they say if we get into
trouble masks will come down oxygens
there and the first thing you got to do
is put it on your kid right know why
they blue do they tell you to put it on
yourself you selfish bastard what’s the
deal here right but it’s because we
don’t take care of ourselves we can’t
tear them so for leaders when I was
telling this it’s you first it starts
with you and it starts with your
psychology 80% of growing a business if
you look at what the choke hold is on
our business it’s always the leader and
80% of that choke hold is the psychology
at 20% the mechanics I mean people in
this room know the mechanics and
strategy is beyond what anybody on earth
knows in their category so it’s really
about you being in the state where you
execute it’s like I always tell people
knowledge is not power it’s total BS
knowledge is potential power execution
Trump’s knowledge every day of the week
and some of my life is how do you get to
yourself to execute an execution comes
from learning to put yourself in that
right state of it I asked myself when I
was trying to compose my thoughts what
would I want to hear from someone today
what I want to hear more about the state
of the economy Wall Street bailouts of
the job market know
I would like to hear from someone that
you know what amidst all this chaos and
turbulence there’s an opportunity to
create a new vision of the American
dream that’s what I would like to give
you somebody today our new vision of the
American Dream as great as any of the
visions that dreams of our forefathers
founding fathers and ancestors a new
vision of the American dream that says
achieving balance in your life is more
important than the balance in your
checking account new vision a lumen
vision of the Americans rainwear
appreciation is greater than expectation
a new vision that says for too long a
lot of us been living in exile and a
place called things and it’s time for us
to come home to France families and
I submit to you today that this new
vision of the American Dream means that
what you do does not define who you are
a new vision that says do not confuse
your net worth with your self-worth our
new vision that says hey stuff toys and
things exist but they are not necessary
for you to be happy
this vision I submit firmly rooted in
the past appreciative of today but
clearly focused on the future that we
can choose to create and my last words
to you today will be this a lot of other
folk will tell you that the sky is
fallin I will not say that to you
I will not tell you that the sky has
fallen I will say that those are pennies
from heaven you know why I say that
because I’ve seen this movie before and
and the last big thing the last thing I
will say to you today is is all of my
fellow classmates are my fellow
classmates and graduates you are in a
position to go forward and I encourage
you that whatever you do for the rest of
your life always pursue happiness and
you can start where you are when you’re
in a negative State you don’t perform at
a higher level when you’re in a negative
State it affects your biochemistry
affect your mute sister here and they’re
gonna state affects the people around
you when you’re in a great state perform
better enjoy life more greater impact
all the above so it’s intelligent to be
at a peace thing but you know you only
can manage what you measure like a
business you know if I when I take a
company over turn around and start
measuring things and I measure the most
important things and the more you
measure the better we’ll get because you
get more yet instead of measuring once a
year if you’re measuring you know once a
week you got 52 times to improve it
versus one
so I started measuring and I said I live
in a beautiful state no matter what
everyday now in order to do that I have
to do two things
hey I think knowledge that I’ve been
suffering and I need to figure out what
my favorite flavor of suffering it and I
played off of that with myself and I
thought frustrated and pissed off for
free you separately
in fact I realized that my happiness was
so cheap cause all I needed was this
thing and I could lose my happiness
because Dean something cool or games
something not so cool when you got 1200
poise what are the chances right now
that one of them is doing something to
screw up hey not consciously they’re
just not doing what they’re supposed to
do basically a hundred percent chance
and if I was near this I get triggered
my god and my happiness to disappear so
what it again say is I’m going to be
happy even if they screw up I’m gonna be
happy in me they lost the million bucks
I want to be happy like if I happiness
is depend upon other people behaving a
certain way the way I want them to I’m
pretty influential guy but I’m not
Hey and everybody’s got their own things
that they’re doing I’m not gonna stay
happy and if I have to even make my
happiness peace let me be having a
perfect way every moments not gonna
happen
so I gave room for life and I decided to
make a real decision that’s my
invitation to people and then I’ll
answer your question behind now first
you got to make the decision that says
life is too short to suffer I mean I
don’t know what’s gonna happen in your
lifetime with your children with your
wife with your economics their business
I’m sure gonna do well everything but
there’s things outside our control the
government could change the rules on
something right the rules have changed
before direct marketing and so forth um
you’re somebody your family could get
very ill someone can die in our families
right no more talk about it but could
happen if your happiness is only gonna
be when everything matches how you think
it should be you’re not gonna be there
and my view is that there’s power it
happens we downplay it in this culture
when the person is happy they attract
other people when a person is happy they
live longer that’s a fact well people
are happier they earn more right they do
better in their careers I mean these are
physiological these are measured facts
in our society and yet we poop who
happen to sit on well my God’s being
enthusiastic or something like that
no it’s being inspired in spirit healing
oh I so what I did was is as much energy
or passion I had before I still had that
but what I found was what was the stuff
that would suck away that energy and so
now to answer your question how would I
know
number one I put the line lists and it
said these are the ones I tend to drop
into I’m not doing anymore and if I find
it I didn’t rule I got 90 seconds to get
out at 90 second rule that should have
been the for our world totally that was
like four out maybe a four Dave Ruel
ensemble of initially but as I did it
more and more it’s like a muscle and
when you use a muscle over and over
again it works if there
and so how I know Nance question along
with a discussion but without that ugly
people are sent we’re talking about is I
sense tension in my body like when
you’re in a beautiful state things flow
when there’s a tension you can feel at
your page yet somebody says something
somebody is them somebody didn’t do
something already use a certain term
somebody you brought something out or
you did something you should’ve done
whenever that happens there’s a tension
and so I really train myself to feel
that tension and when I feel I go 90
seconds and it’s a game now 90 seconds
and since I value that happening so much
not like a deluded person now I’m so
happy like I value being in a beautiful
state cuz it may not be happy it may be
driven it may be courageous
it may be feeling bold it may be love it
may be compassion for someone else or
even myself I know I can always have
compassion for other people or never for
myself okay and so what I began to do is
realize holy cow this is something that
could change everything
and so that ninety said we’re gonna feel
the tension and then here’s what I do I
know that it’s triggered by one of three
language patterns as a trigger as an
example loss less than ever if you
perceive that something someone you’re
counting on they failed to do something
that it failed the sale something say
something or or you failed to do
something or say something you should
have then what happens is that tension
starts to show up because your brain
goes I lost that opportunity I lost this
moment I lost that respect I lost this
love I lost the money I lost whatever
you thought you lost and loss is always
an illusion there’s like the next
opportunity
two minutes around the corner you know
it’s it’s not that complexity if we look
for it if you find it if we don’t live
in the illusion of loss or less of the
next one if you think because he or she
did something it didn’t do it you have
less of something you value less love
less joy Russ excitement must
less energy less economics less respect
you’re gonna suffer inside even some
people suffer by being angry some people
suffer by feeling sad everyone has
different flavors right right you’re
gonna suffer and the worst one is never
if you think because she or he did mr.
Donald Trump did something or didn’t do
it or Mary Sue or you self to do it and
now you’ll never have that love you’ll
never have that respect you’ll never
have that joy you’ll never have that
economics what you believe that stuff
then the suffering stays so the way out
of Los West never is always appreciation
or gratitude or love it’s good to treat
other people the way you would like to
be treated yourself it’s like a golden
rule and there’s a reason for it and
that reason is that we’re connected in
some strange way that we don’t totally
understand unless you are good to other
people around you unless you are kind
and friendly and warm and loving you’re
not gonna enjoy this life you’re just
not you’re gonna be problems everywhere
you go you’re gonna have problems
everywhere you go you got to figure out
a way to enjoy this life it’s not
because of Jesus it’s not because of
Moses it’s not because of anybody that
may or may not have ever existed it’s
because that’s how you fit in better in
the world that’s how you stay positive
and it doesn’t have to be some that was
written 5,000 years ago on animal skins
that doesn’t have to be the golden rule
because it’s old
you know that’s dumb we need to figure
out like now today what what is you know
the best way to live your life what is
that you know there’s got to be a way so
you can be putting forward the most
positive energy I mean we know
objectively what’s causing pollution we
know objectively what’s causing birth
defects and you know and we’re taking it
too much chemicals and not enough
vitamins we know objectively all this
stuff we know how to organize our world
and yeah we don’t do it we know how to
organize our health and yet very few
people do it we know all these things
the right path to like being like a
happy healthy person is to do all that
we already know you’re supposed to do
take care of your body take care of your
health take care of your mind your
stress meditate be kind to people we all
know that you mean you ask anybody they
know how to get by and to be the the
most evolved version of you that you can
be I mean it’s not like a magical
checklist if you talk to people about it
we said okay
you got a person you want to improve
them what are the things you’re gonna do
to them okay well if I was a life coach
the first thing I would say is this
guy’s got to get on a diet that makes
them healthy I don’t mean a diet just to
lose weight I mean just healthy foods in
your body
many many vegetables vegetables a lot of
good good quality protein a lot of water
stop the sodas stop the Bulls start
working out your body and get a better
sense of like how this machine feels
when it’s moving it’s flowing better
there’s less tension in it your mind
feels like relaxed and you enjoy every
single moment of the day better
step one everybody knows that step right
what step two be cool to people be nice
to as many people as you can’t smile of
as many people as you can have them
smile back at you tip well when you go
to restaurants just do the most you can
be as nice as you can you know and just
still manage to not have people walk all
over you
just get through this life is nice as
you can what else do what you want to do
with your life right don’t don’t go be
doing something you don’t enjoy don’t do
something that’s don’t get locked into
you know a car that you can’t afford and
doing something crazy because you need
the money don’t don’t do that
do what you want to do do what the is it
that you really want to do because if
someone else is doing it you can do it
you know I mean everybody makes their
own path through this world but a lot of
people don’t follow the path that they
really feel pulled to you know there’s
for whatever reason they got negative
programming you know when they were kids
someone told them they couldn’t do it or
told them to take this shortcut or or
take the the shore route that’s a sad
thing man when you talk to dudes
especially like talented dudes and they
don’t follow up with what they want to
do you know how to do something is the
wrong sequence to start with like what’s
the strategy for being fit and healthy
it’s not that complex and yet 70% of the
u.s. is overweight have to do it’s not a
strategy problem what it is is why are
they doing it it’s because they have a
story and everyone does is entrepreneurs
business people everyone does this when
we get fearful when we’ve tried
something and we’re not succeeding as
fast as we want when we are afraid of
failing we come
with a story about how it’s not our
fault
or how we’re gonna do it in the future
because they don’t have to feel bad
feeling bad makes us have to deal with
it most people are overwhelmed so they
just they come up with a story about I
tried everything
have you tried everything you’d be fit
you know I tried million things millions
name of three things they did any times
that don’t work but I think if you can
come up when you change the story when
you come up with a new set of beliefs
you’ll find yourself finding the
strategy or using the strategies that
already work that are there that right
now your mind says are won’t work and
the best way to change people you got
strategy story is state and I only share
this with disss owners you’ve got to be
able to produce a different state in
your people there has to be something
compelling there has to be a sense of
mission some years ago you wrote
yourself a check yes I did I guess it’s
like six seven years ago now I wrote a
check out to myself for 10 million
dollars for acting services rendered and
in nineteen by Thanksgiving 1995 and I
put it in my wallet and I carried it for
that many years and and what happened
was basically a few months ago we did
the deal for the mask for ten million
dollars ten million dollars payment for
doing the mask right payment for doing
the mask too and and so it’s very
surreal for me it’s it’s it’s strange
and I used to go up to Mulholland Drive
every night sit on the side of the road
look out at the lights and and go you
know I’m a popular actor I’m you know
every every director wants to work with
me and I used to like open my arms and
imagine things you know things that I
wanted to come in my way and stuff and
and what I would do it was a way of
dealing with you know being completely
out of work I would stay up there until
I actually believed that I had all these
things and then I would drive down the
mountain feeling like the biggest star
in Hollywood like I was working all the
time like like the best people wanted to
work with me and I had my thing in my
pocket my little
in my pocket we live in a world where
we’re told more about our limitations
rather than our potential how many have
ever been told that you couldn’t do
something raise your hands please your
MIT did a study that if I say to you you
can’t do that that sixteen people have
to come alone and say you can do that
you can do that you can’t do that to
neutralize that and the seventeenth
statement that you hear you can do it
will be the one that will finally stick
so you have to watch who’s speaking in
to you you’ve got to begin to monitor
your mind and you’ve got to begin to
literally be proactive in programming
yourself to success be not conformed to
this world being transformed by the
renewing of your mind you’ve got to take
responsibility to make that happen
and as you begin to do that you’ll begin
to see some incredible changes in life
understand when arrow nightingale said
all of us are self-made but only the
successful will admit it as you begin to
look at your dreams and look at your
goals write this down make no your
vitamin C most people stop short of
their dreams in Park and get off the
highway of life because of the
rejections of life you will always be
rejected it’s no big deal so I can’t
feel said rejection is a myth it’s not
like when somebody says no and then they
slap you
no it’s just you know to me make know
your vitamin get excited about that know
why because every time someone says no I
brings you another step to a yes you’re
getting closer trust me you will win if
you don’t quit you will win if you don’t
quit even a broke clock is Right twice a
day you gotta have a plan everybody’s
got a dream
everybody’s got a goal what’s the plan
and your plan has got to have something
I call the c5 complex your plan has got
to be clear concise compelling
consistent and committed you’ve got to
have a plan but when you’re trying to do
something that you are truly passionate
about there is no plan B okay Plan B
okay so it’s as simple as that you gotta
have a plan I mean think about that for
a second mm three examples Michael
Jordan won six NBA championships with
the Chicago Bulls because he was
committed to plan a not plan B Oprah
Winfrey became the queen of all media
because she was committed to plan a not
plan D whatever your politics are Barack
Obama is sitting in the White House
because he was committed to plan a not Plan B okay Plan B sucks
