about your job you complain about where
you are financially you complain about
your relationships you complain about
your opportunities you complain it

shut up stop complaining and do me a
favor if you want to make a difference
all you got to do is one thing this is

what we do and what we accomplish in
life is only a tip of the iceberg of

to think about three goals that you’d
like to achieve you want some different

to grow I want you to know that your
life right now the sum total in your
decision not your mama decision not your
daddy so I need you to me a favor

rest of your life make a decision right
now your life is where it is not because
of everything you saying your life is
miserable right now you are unhappy
right now you wish you can get a new
life you do whatever it took to get a
new life and I’m telling you don’t cost

Country Club membership the kid mom and
then get me no gig the kid didn’t have
advertisement the kid didn’t put out
like some of our big promotional and
some great magazine you know what
to get where I am right now I made a
decision my mama said son if you run
around with nine throw people I
guarantee you you’ll become number ten
if you the smartest one in your group
you need to get a new group as you think
about your goals and dreams over the
next two years over the next two days
it’s very important that you look at the
people in your life and you ask the
question what is this relationship doing
to me and so it’s very important that
you look at the people that’s in your
circle and begin to understand are you
growing mentally and emotionally and
spiritually and professionally are they
an asset to you or liability to you the
other thing is as you look at your goals
and look at your dreams let us repeat
this please make you move before you’re
ready you’ve got to become a risk-taker

risk you cannot grow and if you cannot
grow you can’t become your best and if
you can’t become your best you can’t be
happy and if you can’t be happy then
what else is there look at your goals

perpetual state of discomfort but things
happen in life when you have goals and
