did you ever have a dream that was so
big that you thought it was almost
impossible to achieve I’ve had those
dreams and while not every dream has
become a reality along the way I learned
a powerful approach of picturing does
help me achieve most from the time we
were born your mind began receiving
input from those around you as you grew
you went on to be told you can’t do this
or that you’re bombarded with negativity
and limitations by all those people
around you they’d say things to you like
you’re a bad boy or a bad girl this is
especially a problem when you’re young
when you’re so impressionable as a child
strongly influenced by all the limiting
beliefs of those around you so you began
seeing yourself in limiting ways
according to the opinions that are
projected on you by parents and teachers
and Friends this formed an image of
yourself that you have inside of you
it’s in your subconscious mind and
that’s your self-image and it was
basically formed by the time you were 12
years old and yet it continues to affect
you for the rest of your life unless you
actually go into your subconscious and
change it you control what’s in your
container you control what you think
about what you choose to allow in first
thing in the morning and last thing in
the evening I want you to look into your
eyes and say I love you I really love
you do you have to make the choice I’m
not going to give this jealousy this
bitterness this anger valuable space and
let it poison my life I’m going to
protect what I allow in me
life is too short to go through it with
negative things holding us down so just
remember no matter what it is you’re
doing in life no matter what it is
you’re working towards that you are
choosing to do that and also you’re
choosing when you’re being inferior
you’re choosing to sit down in front of
your TV and be a zombie you’re choosing
to binge watch on Netflix you’re
choosing all of these things so every
day you wake up ask yourself what am I
going to choose what am i choosing for
today I want you to have big goals big
dreams but I want you to back it up with
a process and a way to achieve those
goals and dreams
so that becomes more of a reality than a
dream more of something that’s a
probability instead of a possibility so
how do you do that how do you really
make the jump the leap from a goal
setter and hoeper and dreamer and wisher
it’s important to develop a positive
relationship with yourself and that
includes respecting yourself and being
positively oriented toward life so to
help you with this you can utilize
affirmations to solidify a positive
attitude toward yourself for example I
feel good about myself I respect and
value myself I appreciate my body every
day I’m becoming more positive and
healthy
and repetition is one of the best ways
to reach the subconscious mind so
practice repeating statements like these
several times or numerous times if you
can throughout the day and do it every
day and in time you can erase those
negative thoughts and replace them with
positive beliefs please realize that
every complaint is an affirmation of
something you think you don’t want in
your life every time you get angry you
are affirming that you want more anger
in your life every time you feel like a
victim you are affirming that you want
to continue to feel like a victim you
see the subconscious functions somewhat
like a an autopilot in an airplane the
autopilot keeps the plane on course
until the course is changed so if the
automatic pilot set for a course that
would take it into the side of a
mountain that’s where the planes going
and if your subconscious autopilot is
set on lack limitation failure that’s
also all will happen so what I want you
to do as soon as you open up your eyes
to start the days to immediately start
focusing on something or someone that
you were totally grateful for in your
life I don’t care what it is or who it
is but I want you to feel it with your
heart and soul your only goal as soon as
you open up your eyes is to be to make
yourself feel good and to give yourself
enough confidence to get through the day
because how you start the day is truly
gonna determine how the rest of your day
plays out and when you take a step back
and you look at this from a bird’s eye
view perspective and consider the
totality of your life how you live your
days is how the rest of your life is
gonna play out so if you’re living in
this constantly perpetuated cycle of
being reactionary to everything in your
life you’re not really gonna take
command of anything so taking command of
your mornings is the best and the only
way that I know to actually start taking
control of your life
what you are thinking now is creating
the way you feel in your body now and
your experiences tomorrow
you are planting seeds when you talk at
some point you’re going to eat that
fruit if you want apples you have to sow
apple seeds if you want oranges you
can’t plant cactus seeds poison ivy
seeds mushroom seeds you’re going to
reap fruit from the exact seeds that
you’ve been sowing in other words you
can’t talk negative and expect to live a
positive life
you can’t talk defeat and expect to have
victory
you can’t talk lack not enough can’t
afford it never get ahead and expect to
have abundance if you have a poor mouth
you’re going to have a poor life you are
using affirmations every moment whether
you know it or not you are affirming and
creating your life experiences with
every word and every thought your words
will become your reality continue to
dream big continue to have hopes
ambitions I’ve learned to dream with my
eyes open
when I see it I get exposed to it I want
to be it so be very careful what you set
your mind towards what your outcomes are
because you’re going to find them
your minds powerful you’re powerful
you’re more powerful than you think you
are and if you could just get clear on
what you’re looking for get super
specific with great clarity great
specificity about what it is you want
it’s sitting there for you to find if you look for it
