Amazing Motivational Speech Compilation for success – 40 minutes+ Motivational Video

I said empty your mind be formless
shapeless shapeless like water are you
provided into a cup it becomes the cup
you put water into a bottle it becomes
the bottle you’re putting in a teapot it
becomes the teapot the water can flow or
it can crash be water my friend I do not
look upon myself as a star I really
don’t I mean believe me there and I
think you you know what I want to think
of myself as a human being because I
mean I don’t want it sounds like you
know ask Confucius say but under the sky
under the heaven man there is but one
family it just so happened man that
people are different so therefore they
are coming into funning foreign ask me
to teach them not so much of how to
defend themselves or how to do somebody
in rather they want to learn to express
themselves through the movement be it
anger be it the determination or what’s
the whether don’t think feel it is like
a finger pointing away to the moon don’t
concentrate on the finger or you will
miss all that heavenly glory
all type of knowledge ultimately means
self-knowledge ultimately martial art
means honestly expressing yourself now
it is very difficult to do how many it
is easy for me to put on a show and be
cocky and be flooded with a cocky
feeling and then you feel like pretty
cool and all that oh I can make all
kinds of funny thing is you wanna need
but to express oneself honestly not
lying to myself and to express myself
honestly know that my friend is very
hard to do if you or if you honestly
express yourself it doesn’t matter it
will bring more understanding more
things that are hanging like different
you know and maybe in the confines of
comparison some new thing my goal
[Music]
it’s not difficult to learn and speak
the word the hard thing the difficult
thing
it’s behind what is the meaning what
fall on the expression and feelings
behind those word the successful
ingredient in it was because I was being
Bruce Lee herself a myself right and did
that part just express myself like I say
honestly express myself
[Music]
[Music]
people die everyday Frankie
mopping floors washing dishes you know
what the last thought is I never got my
shot if she dies today you know what
that last thought will be I think I did
all right
the atomizer covers me black as the pit
from pole to pole
I think whatever God there may be for my
unconquerable soul
the fell clutch of circumstance I have
not cried aloud under the bludgeonings
of fate my head is bloody but unbowed
beyond this place of Wrath and tears
looms but the shadow of the shade yet
the Menace of the year’s finds and shall
find me unafraid
[Music]
someone asked me Watson you were about
to do it what would you do if you
weren’t an act if you didn’t make it as
an actor I have no idea I would act
somewhere maybe I’d be driving the cab
maybe I’m working somebody’s yard
whatever I’m doing I will act cuz I’ll
die if I don’t
[Music]
you do it because you have to do it if
if you spend twenty years waiting tables
at night if you were a writer you’re
writing and it’s the same thing with any
discipline painters paint I don’t care
what if they have to do to put food on
their table to pay the man their paint
and I think that’s the same way all the
way around
[Music]
writers write painters paint actors act
matters not how Strait the gate how
punishment charge the scroll I am the
master of my fate I am the captain
myself Mike Tyson is only 16 years old
I feel I was born to fight because I
have no other interest in anything else
anybody is a fighter and they won’t
write you’re a fighter I’m a fighter but
everybody don’t get up every morning and
run everybody don’t go to the gym every
morning
anybody don’t have enough discipline to
wait in the locker room for two hours or
three hours then go in the ring and do
it they’ve been taught all those years
in the gym that’s what separates a
champion I’m a mediocre fighter I don’t
believe in talent
well some people they have time that
it’s good it helps when you have talent
long as you have a lot of determination
and willpower that’s all you need you
have to have the will to win
anyone says I wish I was in your shoes I
wish I was in your shoes the people the
hundreds of people that wish they were
in my shoes don’t know the hint of it
just be willing to sacrifice discipline
doing with you hated you to do it like
you love it you know always testing
yourself forcing yourself to the limit
success is general all about sacrifice
every man must believe him so if you
must have the confidence and you must no
matter what the situation then you must
face the problem
I’m not afraid to fail I’m not afraid to
fall over make a mistake that often time
cripples people on the onset of getting
too into anything the first time ever
picked up the DJed eggs was horrible
horrible now but I’m not afraid of that
I’m not afraid of that feeling it
actually propels me works quite the
opposite I can do 18 22 hours a day
easily with veteran at being able to
look at an opportunity and go that going
to take me forever or not some people
don’t have that you won’t is something
you develop you know that’s why most
times out of 10 any head of a company
has been doing it for a long time
because they inherently can make a
decision and the blink of an eye you
have to learn that my breakthrough was
actually deciding I wanted to be an
actor the other thing that’s important I
think is to keep your head down you know
keep your head down like when I swim in
25 laps into if I look up and start
counting those laps and pick it out by
15 if I put my head down I keep walking
away and work a technique work it
internal rhythm work it mmm I hit that
length I don’t even know what length
from one guarantee you I’ve not happened
on 20 and two more three more to go
I think people find themselves
incremental each eating how far
now you know when you compared to
anybody else or whatever it’s just a
recipe for disaster just keep banging on
you know that’s most important mountain
climbers would probably tell you the
same thing you know there’s no point
looking at the difference between
climbing 100 feet and climbing 500 feet
it’s a point of view you don’t know
you’re at the top until you get there
pal and that’s what you need to remember
just don’t look down
they changed my life it turned my dreams
into a reality
it gave me an actual tangible target to
go Oh actually I could do this
that was my break room because it was a
breakthrough of my mind of course have
been numerous breakthroughs over my
career in my life which I’m all proud of
but none so much is that realization
that I want to be an actor now what your
target is don’t guess it because clued
up is the next man because that’s that’s
that cheap petrol that sure your fuel to
get you moving if you don’t know where
you’re going what your targets are you
never gonna get there period work hard
sweetness in a child’s nature we see
many of our own innate tendencies prizes
serve as false idols everywhere prestige
wealth fame power you will be exposed to
many of these if not all of course part
of why I was invited to come speak today
beyond my being proud alone is that I’ve
accrued some very coveted toys in my
life including a not so plastic not so
crappy won an Oscar so we bump up
against a common trope I think of the
commencement address people who have
achieved a lot telling you that the
fruits of achievement are
always to be trusted but I think that
contradiction can be reconciled and is
in fact instructive achievement is
wonderful when you know why you’re doing
it and when you don’t know it can be a
terrible trap to be or not to be is not
the question the vital question is how
to be and how not to be sometimes your
insecurities and your inexperience may
lead you to to embrace other people’s
expectations standards or values but you
can harness that an experience to carve
out your own path one that is free of
the burden of knowing how things are
supposed to be a path that is defined by
its own particular set of reasons
you are here for a reason
if I had known my own limitations I
never would have taken the risk
I had no idea how to declare my
intentions I couldn’t even articulate
them to myself I’d been acting since I
was 11
but I thought acting was too frivolous
and certainly not meaningful at the age
of 18 I had already been acting for
seven years and assumed I’d find a more
serious and profound path in college
overwhelmed with what I was supposed to
pull off when I could barely get myself
out of bed in the morning
it’s not about quantity it’s about
taking pleasure in the perfection and
beauty of the particular
I’m still learning now that it’s about
good and maybe never done that the joy
and work ethic and virtuosity we bring
to the particular can impart a singular
type of enjoyment to those we give to
and of course to ourselves
[Music]
someone will always have a higher jump
or more beautiful line the only thing
you can be the best at is developing
your own self I was able to own my
meaning and not have it be determined by
box office receipts for prestige
I was so oblivious to my own limit that
I did things I was woefully unprepared
to do
and so the very inexperienced that in
college had made me feel insecure and
made
want to play by others rules now is
making me actually take risks I didn’t
even realize war risks
your inexperience can either lead you
down a path where you will conform to
someone else’s values or you can forge
your own path even if you don’t realize
that’s what you’re doing your
inexperience is an asset and will allow
you to think in original unconventional
ways except your lack of knowledge and
use it as your asset I ended up working
for like three years on this movie and
this was going to be my feature and I
was like and was financing it from
working at a video store
I would like get like $200 or so and
then we go off and shoot for the weekend
and then they would run out of money and
then I would like go back to work again
and then like eventually I would just
keep piecing it together so I didn’t
have I had so lists so little money that
I could even process this footage after
like about about three years I end up
like starting processing some of the
footage starting seeing exactly what I
had there were good things about it all
right you know I mean you could tell I’m
eight people who knew me could look at
what that’s a good day yeah that’s it
has my super had that they had my day
one then yeah it was like this was gonna
be the thing that like set me up all
right and I’d worked three years on it
and I was able to look at it in a
realistic way after being horribly
depressed for a little bit
a short movie was the fact well this was
my film school all right and this was
the best film school a person could
possibly alright I actually went out and
actually tried to make make a feature
film dealing one of my strongest one of
my strengths is my stories because I
actually can’t come committing to
telling a story
if there’s one thing that I’ve done that
I’m like the proudest of of everything
alright is the fact that people talk
about wow you’ve had such success and
it’s just been so overnight in whatever
will whatever success I’ve got has come
after like eight years of just nothing
working
you think it still possible for
becoming filmmaker to go the route you
guys went and still be successful make
Reservoir Dogs
that’s a tough profession I’m not even
being is I’m not even being as smart as
I was a hulking kick-ass movie alright
you make a goddamn kick-ass movie and
you can take it all over the planet
Earth not America enough in Los Angeles
not New York the planet Earth and
everyone will know it
being and I’m you forget about being a
director forget about being an actor to
me the greatest job a person could ever
have would being an usher at a movie
theater you know you get to go to a
movie theater all day long and then you
get to see all the movies free
I never set up a situation I never set
up a fallback situation because I didn’t
want to fall back I wanted to have to
keep eating at it
[Music]
what I am is a guy who’s got 19 plus
years of the word no mm-hmm
you know that people people just see the
last five years I got 19 years of no
mm-hmm not good enough you don’t get the
part
no I represent hard work mm-hmm
determination motivation I think was out
without a doubt yeah anything else by
watching me it’s simply an example of
hard work pays off that’s it what you
put into your craft you can get out to
it if you put a hundred and ten percent
into it and I’m just an example of that
and today’s time it’s it’s literally
just about you realizing your own
potential and being creative within your
own potential oh this is what I can do
so I need to master this business as a
comedian what can I do to set the bar on
another level what can I do for our
generation for people to go oh my god
holy shit
before I go I’m an owner on a fucking a
note from the heart right now uh and I’m
gonna try not to be a bitch and get
emotional up here do I am now one of you
to fucking perform as a stand-up
comedian in Madison fucking Square
Garden hey listen to me listen to me you
have no idea the fucking feeling that I
had onto my body right now man
this is so fucking dream come true
[Music]
hey this is a fucking dream come true
man thank you for being loyal
thank you for growing with me thank you
for fucking to join me my name is Kevin
I love yo rock verifier range go range
green first stage tank pressing up a
well a well thought-out critique of
whatever you’re doing is as valuable as
gold
that third failure in a row did you
think I need to pack this in there why
not
I don’t ever give up I mean I’d have to
be dead or living faster eight weeks
later must bet the company on another
flight we have liftoff this time around
everything worked perfect at that fourth
launch hadn’t work that would have been
it we would have not had the resources
to mount a successful entrepreneurs
probably come in all sizes shapes and
flavors some of the things I’ve
described already I think are very
important I think really an obsessive
nature with respect to the quality of
the product we really we’re really
liking what you do whatever area that
you get into given that you know even if
you view the best the best there’s
always a chance of failure so I think
it’s important that you really like
whatever you do it if you don’t like it
life is too short when my brother and I
were starting our first company instead
of getting an apartment we just rented a
small office and we slept on the couch
we had just one computer so the website
was up during the day and I was coding
at night seven days a week all the time
you just keep going
90 billion dollars
by fifty years worth breaks into into
solar and wind to suck Solyndra and
Fisker a Tesla enter one we had a friend
who said you don’t just pick the winners
and losers you pick the losers I’m
available 24/7 after self-help solution
I call me three a min of Sunday morning
I care
his bets
we didn’t just repay the principal we
actually prepaid it with interest and a
bonus made so ultimately the us actually
are actually made a profit over to pump
over 20 million dollars on this work
like hell I mean just have to put in AD
our ad divert our weeks every week other
people putting in 40 hour work weeks and
you’re putting in $100 worth Greeks you
will achieve in four months when it
takes them a year tuition at natural
human tendencies wishful thinking so a
challenge for entrepreneurs is to say
well what’s the difference between
really believing new ideals and sticking
sticking to them versus pursuing some
unrealistic dream that doesn’t actually
have merit your product or service needs
to be much better can’t be a little bit
better
the all those things improve the
artisans test I think my sort of drive
to get it done is somewhat disconnected
from Hoboken thews es or anything else I
just I actually just don’t care about
hope or enthusiasm with motivation just
give her give it everything I’ve got
perspective of one of the circumstances
maybe you can’t be scared to die for the
truth the truth is the only thing that’s
ever going to be constant
it also wants to be around a very
competitive family whether they had that
supported me and loved me now so that’s
where all started and then the military
tested it you know and so I became
battle tested there then in the in
sports arena I got tested further you
know and I failed a million times I just
kept getting up and kept getting up you
know and so you know that’s the greatest
thing about success if you win success
right off the bat you don’t learn
anything
you’re real truth and learning isn’t
failure and when you go after endeavor
and you fall on your ass and you fail
and you get back up and you read face it
and then you become successful that’s
some sweet victory right there that
builds a confidence in an unyielding
willpower than anything out there is
within your control
so all these things in life even the
failures create who you are today you
know so therefore you can apply what
you’ve learned the past to make the best
judgment in the future course of action
to take that verse step towards
greatness it’s very hard
that’s a hardest step of everything is
that first step right that first step
towards greatness is hard
what’s a lot harder is when time expires
in life you look back on your life
knowing you could have been great that’s
something you can’t control anymore
because times run out the person who’s
standing at the end with their hand
raised isn’t the person with all the
genetics it isn’t the person of the most
potential as a person that has the
greatest perseverance it’s always
willing to get out the difference
between a champion and a loser is it
then you know they both fail as the
loser allows the failure to stand for
life with a champion even against
knocking ones a sponsee test is
important to to stand back up we face
that endeavor until palm-trees favorite
or wins that’s the difference champions
can back up and do it
you know they believe in themselves so
much and their belief overrides any
Krause’s belief
there’s no quick fix to a long-term
situation and when it comes out any
endeavor whatever sit whatever it starts
out and in however it ends up and it’s
what’s in your mind and how you see it
whatever the truth is your perception of
how you see the truth outweighs it tend
to want so it’s a motivation of why
you’re doing it you know in a journey of
getting in shape it’s a long long run
right
[Music]
about the dog in the fight that matters
it’s the fight Nadal that matters same
with you
it’s not your genetics you can show its
how bad you want it
you can look like anything you want if
you mentally believe that your body will
find a way to make it happen but if you
don’t believe you can do it don’t even
start the journey it’s too hard
I love to
you know your physiques awesome your
passion your butt zest for life and
drive it’s really inspiring
so hopefully the guys say watching
they’ve got some of that they’ve got a
little bit of bread klitz dry
[Music]
you only live once but if you work it
right once is enough for France
I never give up
I never give up I go my own way risk my
life so this way all we tell the people
not because one one things fall down you
just give up never give up never give up
one day you see see
when you see the famous people bar so
successful we don’t know behind the
story how tough they are what they’re
when I like people wanna check in the
move so good when everybody sleep I
still in the health club in the mirror
practicing practicing and 4 o’clock 6 o
clock it up on the set then you suddenly
do something very beautiful oh yeah
go back twin again okay there’s a snake
head that’s up sneak mouth that’s the
snake tongue okay you crave all things
Bri they want it on the set I just do
the best I can every movie I I risk my
life that you do the things not for the
fans it for myself because after do the
best I can
there lately becoming my trademark Wow
Jackie Reese’s life
even even today I look at that the old
film look at myself sometime really
smile
I’m glad even I know I get hurt
I broke my angle I’m so happy
you might get hurt or you’re learning a
piano you
martial art look whenever you can
this year I know just do 10 years later
now forever
the things you learn or the success I
have forever don’t regret when they do
over you were young
never give up never give up one day you
see see
[Music]
I have not allowed my disability to stop
me doing most figs at the age of 21 I
was told I had an incurable disabling
disease that would kill me in two or
three years
my model is there are no boundaries
[Music]
[Music]
so remember to look up at the stars and
not down at your feet
[Music]
here’s a guy
who cannot walk
who cannot speak
who cannot move independently and yet
somehow he still found a way
[Music]
I feel a sense of achievement that I
have managed to make these contributions
despite having ALS
[Music]
all my life I have sought to understand
the universe and find answers to these
questions
[Music]
I have been very lucky that my
disability has not been a serious
handicap indeed it has probably given me
more time than most people to pursue the
quest for knowledge the ultimate goal is
a complete theory of the universe and we
are making good progress try to make
sense of what you see and wonder about
what makes the universe exist be furious
and however difficult life may seem
there is always something you can do and
succeed at it matters that you don’t
just give up gotta say I gotta say some
before we get out of here I gotta say
some
today’s my 25th birthday for those
doggone
now I used to daydream in class on its
own and I had a teacher we shall not
know if I love him she gave me a journal
Nona cover that journal
it said go confidently in the direction
of your dreams and live the life that
you’ve imagined
now that’s a quote from an American
author Henry David Thoreau
now I want everybody to take a look at
her room
because if you don’t know we don’t under
dog
Straight Outta Compton was my first
taste of being the underdog
I had to audition for over two years to
get my role and a lot of people who work
on the movie didn’t want me to get it
but he wanted me to get that’s really
all that I did
the best advice I can give you is be
tenacious be aggressive don’t be polite
if you’re polite you’ll be one of the
many people standing in the line
you have to be a little pushing you have
to be prepared to say you’re sorry that
you were wrong or you possibly have made
a mistake
but on the whole you got to go for you
ain’t never gonna round the bases unless
you swing it
you just have to want it so desperately
that you can go without food then you’re
on your way
and so everybody to all the underdogs to
everybody who’s has somebody tell them
they can’t do what they want to do
family members even tell them they can’t
do what they want to do the people who
look in the mirror and when you look in
the mirror all you got is that one
person that believes in you I’m here to
tell you that’s all you need baby so to
the underdogs
I don’t care what it is you do I don’t
care if you act I don’t care what job
you have you got a boss that’s seen a
dozen seen a hundred senior type one
thousand times but let them know they
see you get a mountain
[Music]
and so all you’re looking for new
breakthroughs to practice and practice
and practice you’ll get better and
better and better
you can always better your best you can
always go beyond anything that you have
ever done you never hit a state of
perfection
you’re always bigger than what you do
you’ll get knocked down but you won’t be
knocked out I said empty your mind be
[Music]
formless shapeless like water now you
put water into a cup it becomes the cup
you put water into a bottle it becomes
the bottle you’re putting a teapot it
becomes the teapot now water can flow oh
it can crash be water my friend let’s
suppose that you were able every night
to dream any dream you wanted to be and
that you could for example have the
power within one night to dream seventy
five years of time or any length of time
you wanted to have and you would
naturally as you began on this adventure
of Dreams you would fulfill all your
wishes you would have every kind of
pleasure
[Music]
and after several nights of 75 years of
total pleasure each you would say well I
was pretty good
[Music]
let’s have a dream which isn’t under
control
well something is going to happen to me
that I don’t know what it’s going to be
and you would did that and come out of
that and say wow that was a close shave
wasn’t it then you would get more and
more adventurous and you would make
further and further out Gamble’s as to
what you would dream
and finally you would dream where you
are now you would dream the dream of
living the life that you are actually
living today that would be within the
infinite multiplicity of choices you
would have
we’re here on chance and we’re going to
go away the nature of love is
self-abandonment not clinging to oneself
slowing yourself out
that keeps things moving that’s the
nature of life so in this idea then
everybody is fundamentally the ultimate
reality not God in a politically kingly
sense but God in the sense of being the
self that deep down basic whatever there
is and you’re all that only you’re
pretending you’re not
[Music]
you would dream the dream of living the
life that you are actually living today
you
