get yourself comfortable
turn the lights down and get prepared to
fall asleep get prepared to fall into a
dream state are you ready
are you lying comfortably is it silent
around you good
how was your day did you laugh today did
you have a beautiful day today
did you realize your dream today did you
have the best day of your life today
no well then get prepared because
tomorrow is going to be the first day of
the rest of your life tomorrow is going
to be the best day you ever had okay
relax close your eyes breathe in breathe
out
breathe in
and breathe out let all your weight
disappear every time you breathe out
[Music]
every time you breathe out you’ll forget
your problems every time you breathe out
you let go of your worries they get
smaller and smaller and smaller and
slowly disappear
now it is just you the real you the
happy you the brave you
[Music]
look deep inside your mind do you know
what you are looking for you are looking
for a dream a dream so beautiful
he wouldn’t even dare to dream it a
dream so true that you ask yourself
where it had been all this time a dream
that wants to become alive a state that
wants to be conquered by you
you can breathe life into any dream you
want shall be your last thought before
you fall asleep so that it will become
alive while you are dreaming but not
only that you will plant the stream into
your mind and the flowers of it shall
blossom in the morning when you get up
you are planting a seed a seed or a
flower so amazingly beautiful that you
will recognize it again once it
manifests in your real life or let us
say into the visual world for if you
dream it it already exists you are a
creator create your dream life tonight
with this dream let it come alive that
what you want to achieve in life you
have already done so feel it see it
smell it
touch it picture yourself walking around
with your wish fulfilled you are beyond
happy you cannot hide your huge smile
because you made it it has become real
you are standing in front of the
entrance of a huge building and you walk
inside there is nobody there but you it
is a beautiful day and the sun is
shining you walk straight to the
elevator and press the button feel the
button when you push it and while you
are waiting for the elevator to arrive
look around you and notice the detail
the lights the pictures and photographs
hanging on the wall
the marble floor you are standing on
this building it is your subconscious we
are deep inside your mind right now we
are deep inside of your soul the
elevator arrives the door is open and
you walk inside it is full of mirrors
and you can see yourself I want you to
look at yourself you look amazing
you look just the way you always wanted
to look you have the clothes the haircut
this feeling of lightness and happiness
you can feel the elevator going up fast
it is going to the top floor of this
magnificent huge building
what is your biggest dream your biggest
wish well in this building inside your
dream inside your mind inside yourself
it is already a reality you have
achieved it you’ve done it and if it is
real in your mind it is real
somewhere out there and will come to you
it will come looking for you for it is
your destiny the destiny you always
wanted for yourself that is why it needs
you
it is looking for you desperately
because it is yours it is in your mind
now and it will manifest into the
touchable world
if you start believing it is fulfilled
if you start believing it is fulfilled
suddenly you hear a bell ringing it is
the elevator and has arrived at the top
floor the floor where your destiny is
waiting for you the floor where your
dreams are real
the doors slide open and there it is can
you see it you are now where you want to
be you are at the place where everything
you wanted is also your best friends and
family are here they come towards you
shake your hand they too are smiling and
congratulate you they are happy for you
because you have made it you hear them
say and talk to each other and they are
in disbelief that you have achieved what
you wanted now it is done you have
planted your seed in your own mind
it cannot but grow now and when the time
is right the flower will blossom for if
it needs time then it will need time but
it is inevitable that it will blossom be
relaxed because you have done your work
like the farmer who plants a seed now
water it take care of it you do this by
assuming the reality of it that is like
a call that only your wish can hear so
it can find you and that is it the rest
only the seed and the earth can do you
just have to be patient and wait and
when the time is ripe your wish
fulfilled is right in front of you you
will say that it is maybe a coincidence
or you will blame some outer power for
what has occurred or for you being
successful
but trust me when I tell you it was you
it was all you when you planted your
dream just before you fell asleep half
trust my friend trust in yourself trust
in your dream and trust that it will
become real the power you have inside of
you is stronger than any army in the
world for it is not of this world it is
infinite and you are a part of it now
fall asleep now fall asleep and rest
assured that everything is going to be
fine
be happy for you have just created
you have just realized your potential of
imagining that what you want for
yourself feel how you drift away in a
couple of seconds you will be asleep but
your dream will be awake and alive
working towards you
you
turn the lights down and get prepared to
fall asleep get prepared to fall into a
