ok if i ‘m not uncle bill i do not want that
who wants to treat badly but look
this photo you would have bet 500 lire
that is, the civic nature of my starting point
compared to bill gates you would bet 500
lire on a character like that
face there those eyes alloni there was
just nerd geek a character
unlikely if you move forward 30
years
instead, this man today is the most man
rich in the world and is indeed one
that has changed the history of man has
brought a computer anyway
etc. and so on
this growing of a wine that he had
very much fun three strains the gates that
play double tennis
together with roger federer, according to me there is
a moment a point where you understand the
bill gates character
in practice they are playing is
a show for charity because
bill gates and tennis fan but
however, it moves a little bit like that
no it’s not right there bron james
at this point during an exchange that
bill gates coming down to the net
slowly comes this passer-by
besides the other professional and me
makes a muted that makes no point that
very efficient but very effective
smart very smart this for me
it is a starting point to consider
when we talk about bill gates because it is
a genius from his own point of view
of intelligence but he is a low genius
profile there are these legends of del
uncle bill who have gone down in history
one is that at the beginning went to do some
lunch meetings business meetings
was going to para with I connect with someone who
he had to hire and sit with a book
alongside some flights flank one
magazine and at the end of the lunch had
finished the book ie one so is one
really able to do a thousand things in
contemporary however the book said
if I could have a superpower I would
actually being able to read faster
because here it is a very important thing
important to him
I am convinced that English can be
really considered a genius of ours
time the things he did did it
on the basis of planetary excellence
transformed the software world
making it the common heritage of all
in many businesses and families and
has transformed the world of
solidarity by addressing the weakest
with a force with an intensity with the
innovative ability with the foundation
that no bill gates had been seen before
he is a great big leader
entrepreneur and a great visionary of
fundamental of these three roles that in
somehow they partly coincide
definitely from the energy e
of the intelligence with which he has
implemented their own things
as a businessman, it is definitely made
higher than others
from the point of view therefore intellective
an outsider
the other thing that is always told is the
legend of his set flows oven is
this score this test you do and him
clearly with very high marks and one of the
his first appointments with one
potential girlfriend sits and la
first thing that asks you hear but what is it
Your vote was in the last set scor
now I do not know what you ask me
I would ask, I do not know what music you like
you saw fast and furious 8 I do not know
that is, however, it is not the first question that
you’ll go to ask instead he’s a
brain so crazy business
always moving can learn
billions of things there are videos
online where he answers on themes maybe
they are about nuclear energy and talk about it
with a level of detail dt
incredible skill because this is it
the character we have before us
the image maybe was not initially
of the most promising but the truth is that
there was really a real underneath
calculator another feature of
of bill gates is this
a workaholic is one who for years and
years worked 24 hours 7 out of 7 365 and also
in this case the stories are always of
a bill gates he was planning
windows programmed program
he programmed until he did
he was asleep on the candle keyboard
on the keyboard as soon as he woke up
restarted programming and one can say
windows full of berries for that too
but it actually gives you a little bit
of the character the character so a
character who went on to the bitter end
and clearly obsessed with how it was
compared to his company to his
so super smart business too
we must consider that it was a
personage a little rough some sentences
historical of bill gates then usual not
you never know how much these stories are
true or how much they are part of the story
but a classic sentence of his meeting with
bill gates
he’ll listen to you three minutes already clear
everything since you entered has already done
a thousand in-depth looks at you and says a
i never see something stupid
I’ve never heard something like this
stupid others say that sometimes when
he spoke with 1 after three minutes not
he could no longer bear it because he did
if so stupid then one a lot
difficult even to manage all these
characters of which we speak, however,
this series actually are
so far from the point of view of the
reasoning that they are also impatient or
you are at the top or live for their business and
their company
otherwise they clearly try to take you away
in the middle and only really have it
crème della crème the great talents
I think between bill gates and steve jobs
as revolutionary we can say that
surely they have transformed the
digital world but the real revolution is
just the mind of facts before
Internet
both were still worked at
bring personal computers into homes
of all, however, is personal computer at that
time was a bit of the boxes almost
empty came to life with the arrival of
Internet
the theme of vision
implementation sometimes are not
just went hand in hand if
remember in 95 the gates did not have
perhaps still fully understood the
departure the inter although clearly
then immediately after this thing was it
However, it has been prosecuted when I say that
sometimes the vision is the implementation
I’m not always equal I’m referring to it
just that
true innovation in the middle of the years
eighty was that of a computer science
much simpler, much more intuitive
on which one could count on it
of a very high population band
for this done windows that has
reached incredible numbers hundreds
of millions of copies in a very short time
and then he added the internet he has
permission by clicking to get to where
then get information that was needed
so if it was another thing of wealth
another legend that next is not
nice this here at some point bill
gates but take a ride in the call centers and
he is a guy who is extremely master of the
matter of every aspect
and then a phone call comes to him
surprise pulls on the phone and answers e
he starts to help and I ‘m a guy
caio and that asks him for assistance a
poem of windows and he solves it
perfectly the sun perfectly
super customer case satisfied and close
a phone call this point after a
the customer calls back and says
sorry for a problem I could talk with
guy from the other time
then the operator says you look at one
moment also check and see bill gates
and he says look, he knows it’s difficult
because it was just bill gates in person
done the assistance or and believe in this
another legend
he had the ability, however, to see
a little earlier than the future with respect to
others and to have this vision of
put a pc in every house a pc in each
home we must think that at the time it was
unthinkable to have a baby every house
because a computer conveyed computers
or in the gigantic ones there was more
that in every home tt I would be a home for
a computer more or less because it was in
gigantic for which to climb the mega
villona just for your computer and then
your house because you did not have another one
chance he instead saw this
possibility and managed to achieve it
as with a great execution had the
lucky to work with bill gates for
over 25 years and to keep his
friendship even after so I saw
at work a man who is capable of
to learn who is able to get in
discussion that he is capable of putting
all of himself in the challenges above all
when these challenges are with
have influence on people’s lives
I think it was a fortune for me
a blessing has to do with one
person as more than the time treaty is
a key man who was part of the
great success of bill gates and this
madam here
steve ballmer I interviewed him
steve ballmer and I must say it was
an interesting experience because
the interview was live on a stage
in front of 1,500 people and there is not
possibility to speak with him first
where you meet him directly on stage
who are on the still stage waiting with
all the reports on the second because
these characters
in the case of steve ballers like gates
they had a 15-minute agenda every 15
minutes went by an appointment
to the other and for which you could not escape
not even a second and the problem is
when not going to the bathroom that is not
they know how to find it once it was right
already got me signal and arrives
steve ballmer at the resurgence in the seats
bomb arrives this character
wow there is a shock force that you understand
because it is able to move thousands of
people in addition to the vision to
genius we say strategic bill gates
but then there was a need for a mastiff
let’s say a general able to move
all the troops and then bring the
agreements and to be able to achieve everything
this is not easy steve ballmer is
strategic status is also true however that
in the case of bill gates there was a
phenomenon is a phenomenon but also not him
is that it has always taken us too
big guys are wrong two examples a case with
the internet maybe someone remembers it
at the beginning uncle bill did not see
Internet
let’s say we saw it pass or thought
that could be closed in a network
microsoft internet was the network of
microsoft in his vision therefore a lot
very very closed spam
at the beginning he used to say but spam did it
we solve the 23 years and still not there
we have made it for these
characters is not that they always hit us
they also have their high lows
clearly, however, let’s say
overall it had a big one
vision a great achievement e
this was let’s say the secret of the
success considered more or less today
bill gates does a 200 million type stuff
of dollars
per day for which this is the most man
rich in the world at 80 years from the original
61 a can get to be the first
dario thriller of the story that another
crazy goal but it is thrown
I have to say for many years to do the
philanthropist earth good news because
enter, for example, on the whole
theme of diseases such as rooting
major diseases in the world did
this touches the ted with this
drink here we brought something
of similar where he pretended that
inside the glass coasters
there was a mosquito that could bring
malaria has removed the glass to
people have attention so we say yes
also sophisticated as a presenter
at the beginning I was very very rigid and I have to
say today they are getting excellent
results are putting a lot of
money in philanthropy influenced the
warren buffett who is a friend of his
historical historical investor too
now we say very active in the world the
philanthropy to bill gates applied
the innovative strength of his ideas i
his capital his ability
organization to rethink how
help the weakest and also like the
remedy for the most devastating diseases e
so of this he dealt with a
extraordinary success and this is
doing for most of his
time
even now bill gates is a person
very intelligent of great energy
and its path from typing from the pc
at the arrival of the installments the internet
the advent of smartphones
from 2007 precisely to today and now let’s say
his philanthropic commitment against the
poverty the diseases are all of the
stages and has always faced with big
energy and always in a manner
different
I would like to say that this commitment
current philanthropic of great
level through his one foundation
bill gates that character will make it to
to realize this world without diseases
I do not know frankly what I know though
is that if there is a character on which
I would aim for the level of skills of
connections of intelligence and even of
financial capacity to be able to arrive
to have from here to the next 30 40 years
a world really without diseases or
almost without disease
Well that character name surname yes
calls william harry bill gates iii
