been meditating on and it’s where we
connect with someone on all levels
physically mentally and emotionally
soulmate what I found is that the
greatest relationship we can have is
with ourselves however there are certain
people we connect with who open up our
heart space to a greater degree how many
times do we say I love you but what does
it mean because we can talk of how look
at your own life you may be in a
relationship right now and certain areas
are fantastic but at the same time you
still feel there are pieces that are
missing and I’ll be honest with you it’s
even happened to me along my journey in
my own relationship this is what I talk
about all the time and it’s amazing
because that is the secret communication
is the building block to a great
relationship so whole package love many
of us we are in relationships and we are
just settling because we feel this is
what we are worthy of and I’ve realized
along my journey that no we are supposed
to be in the most expansive relationship
possible because relationships are the
gateway to our expansion they are the
mirrors which help our own evolutionary
process but many times we are in
relationships because it’s become a
habit now sometimes we get married we
have children so it’s not even about us
anymore but at the same time
deep down we know it’s not the whole
package our mind is there but our heart
is absent and for me the whole package
love is really where our heart is in the
relationship a hundred percent and
seeing that we can never hurt the person
we are with if we have this level of
transparency where we tell them the
truth about how we feel a hundred
percent it’s not about pleasing people
the whole package love is where you have
total honesty and through that honesty
you develop total commitment because I
see that the new relationships that are
forming on the planet are all about
where we start seeing that person not as
a person but as an extension of
ourselves many times in relationships
even in my own relationship I’ve seen
the other person as outside of myself
and the whole package love is where you
see that they are part of who you are
but more so it’s where you can be with
someone and you can share your heart out
you can tell them everything just like a
best friend because before we were
lovers we were friends but we have to
ask ourselves are we blocked in our
relationship right now can we express
ourselves a hundred percent because as
our self-love increases our
self-expression increases our health
increases and this is something I’m
asking myself every single day I can
honestly say that I don’t have the whole
package right now and I say this all the
time it’s not a secret because I truly
know that the whole package in a
relationship
is the holy grail and there’s something
which we are all working on but at the
same time I appreciate all the
relationships I have had and I am having
not only with the intimate partner but
with the world around me because it is a
stepping stone for us to discover who we
really are but the whole package love I
don’t feel it’s a figment of my
imagination I hope not but deep down I
know it exists and this is what people
have written about as soulmates and
everything is where we are in a hundred
percent alignment in all levels but we
can only reach that state by going
through other relationships because
relationships serve as mirrors showing
us our brightest light or our darkest
shadow but first and foremost to receive
that whole package love we have to see
and we have to be ready for it we have
to see that we are worthy for it we’re
