sometimes I do Ralph and sometimes I
don’t do you know the importance of
making your bed you can change your life
just by making your bed I was listening
to William H McRaven okay and he talked
about how making your bed just starting
the day with one completed task helps
your whole entire life and how does this
happen because like I say once you
change one area of your life or once you
work on one area of your life all other
areas of your life magically fall into
place just the joy of saying oh my gosh
my bed is made now you can start
exercising oh I’ve done some exercise
then you can start getting down to some
work oh I done that then you can go to
the beach oh I’ve done that you see make
one priority it’s what I call doing one
thing at a time a lot of us we have a
lot of priorities we don’t have a
priority once we start the day off with
one completed task that will encourage
us to do something else ever woken up
and just gone straight onto the computer
feeling like your whole life is all over
the place and then everything is just
falling out of place but once you start
the day off with one completed task make
your bed all are the area’s magically
fall into place and then you’re just
saying yeah so get to be a live baby can

in that good ospry a baby infinite
waters diving deep once again stay well
