once again we’re here in nature the
birds are singing the sun is shining we
are absorbing those super high
frequencies and it feels so good nothing
to complain about the seven best doctors
you will ever need anywhere this is
what’s helped me along my journey to
become the greatest version of myself I
haven’t been back to the doctor since
2006 and that was the same time I became
a vegan so I can see the correlation
there once you change your lifestyle
your whole life changes
number one is sunlight thank you son and
it makes a world of difference not only
are you getting that vitamin D but every
single cell in your body is being
regenerated by the Sun it serves as a
catalyst to your own inner equilibrium
and homeostasis it does wonders to
increase your confidence your wellness
your energy in motion which is the
emotions it does wonders to increase
serotonin levels which are all about
giving you that calmness within it does
wonders for making you feel happy I love
traveling and whenever I go near the
ocean which is a lot I am always just
staring at the Sun watching the sunset
and you feel alive it transforms you
seasonal affective disorder and many
people who have depression who don’t get
that sun exposure they see that they
have to start changing their location
they have to start embracing more of the
Sun to start feeling alive
number two is water got water every
single organ within our body is
comprised of water and I’ve seen along
my journey it makes a world of
difference drinking at least 2 liters of
water every single day even there have
been studies saying that if you drink
water before you go to bed it prevents
stroke it increases the cardiovascular
system within the body it improves the
blood circulation and remember water is
liquid oxygen therefore it also makes a
difference what kind of water we are
drinking tap water is full of fluoride
I love spring water but you can get a
water purification system to make the
most amazing water in the world to see
that everything we consume we become you
are not only what you eat you are also
what you drink and what you feed all
your senses water is great also for
getting clear skin because it clears the
pores and when people have acne this is
the toxins attempting to get out of the
body so the more you drink water you are
cleansing your whole body it is magic
number three is M there is a reason why
I make videos in nature not only because
it looks great but because it feels
fantastic breathing in that beautiful
Chi
not just shallow breathing but breathing
deep from the base of our spines making
sure that we have clean air because many
of our cities there is so much pollution
around but it does wonders to clear your
mind and we have to see that the body
spirit mind the three are interconnected
air also helps clearing negative energy
and that is why it is so positive to
embrace more breathing spaces number
four is diet as a vegan this is what
society calls me I don’t like labels but
letting go of dairy and meat has freed
me in a magnificent way because I see
that once you are embracing more plants
a plant-based diet
phyto nutrients more fruits more
vegetables you are raising your
frequency you’re getting those
antioxidants which are getting rid of
those free radicals blueberries high in
vitamin C but now we are having more
energy to fulfill our dream to live the
life we came here for to live the life
we know we owe to ourselves because we
have to see that we are worthy and it’s
changed my whole life just to see that
so many of us we don’t realize the power
of just changing your diet you don’t
have to go on a diet you just have to
make your diet your permanent lifestyle
and it works for me
number five is all about exercising
moving your body I make videos but when
I’m not doing that
you can find me skating going up and
down turning around because the body is
the unconscious mind all our emotions
are stored within our body so in order
moving around that is the only way to
break the body because many of us are
walking around like stone we have to
reconnect back to our body because many
of us we’re living in our minds you see
that’s a secret we are up here all the
time and when you see that for me what’s
helped me is to see that we know there
are meridians around the body they talk
about that in a lot of ancient eastern
medical practices what’s helped me along
my journey is to see that when I am
doing yoga I can feel my body becoming
more sensitive I am seeing how there is
more of a flow of energy around the body
because not only is exercising
increasing our heart health our
cardiovascular system it is improving
how we connect with the world around us
it is boosting our brainpower it is
giving us more vitality that inner
radiance and outer shine it is helping
number six is all about resting and
sleeping and for me I see that just
being in the dark not only are we
increasing our melatonin levels and this
is very important because the melatonin
and the serotonin work together but we
need to work these two need to come
together for you to have that perfect
health and melatonin you have a higher
production in the darkness so the more
we can honor and appreciate the natural
biorhythm we free ourselves I found it
along my journey that just going to bed
when I feel tired does wonders because
our ancient ancestors never had all of
these fluorescent light bulbs and many
of us so many artificial lights surround
us that this is also calcifying our
pineal gland it is taking us out of our
natural element and I love just
embracing the darkness I might have a
few candles around but it is wonderful
just to appreciate sleep because you
wake up
feeling so recharged like you can take
on the whole world
come on and lastly number seven the best
doctor you will ever need is loving
yourself 100% seeing that you are your
greatest physician physicians heal
thyself the greatest disease you have is
your inability to see that you have the
power to heal yourself that is only
disease you have and for me I realize
that most I would say 90% of all
diseases emanate from a lack of
self-love and this is based on my
experience counseling talking to
hundreds of clients studying psychology
studying criminology and seeing that
many of us we have so much emotional
stress stress is one of the highest
causes of cancer which is a depletion of
oxygen within the cells but once you
embrace yourself a hundred percent you
create total harmony within your body
look at animals animals we are animals
in their natural state
they are never ill because they accept
themselves a hundred percent they
surrender and once you surrender to who
you are you love yourself once you love
yourself a hundred percent you can
extend your love to everyone around you
and that goes back to connecting to
those who remind you who you are because
we are social beings once you can start
sharing yourself with the world you see
what matters most and that’s what
happened to me along my journey right
now I am all about connecting
with other versions of myself out there
and that heals me total health and once
you can say I am good enough you see the
secret that this transforms every single
cell within your body because the cells
in your body respond to the words you
tell them the thoughts you have and to
your actions
that’s the Trinity words thoughts /
beliefs and your actions there are two
kinds of Medicine
you have allopathic medicine and you
have naturopathic medicine the Western
world embraces the allopathic medicine
which is where they only treat the
symptoms not the underlying causes of
the disease the naturopathic model
treats the underlying cause of the
disease I realize along my journey that
I had the power to heal myself and
getting inspired by people like dr.
Bruce Lipton the biology of belief
talking about epigenetics how our
environment changes every single cell in
our body
dr. Norman Doidge who talked off the
brain that changes itself looking at
neuroplasticity how our brain changes
based on our experience gregg braden who
talks off the divine matrix dr. Phil
Valentine who talks off the wounded womb
all of these are inspirations dr. Joel
Pugh chram and they all talk off the
naturopathic model as a way for healing
and the seven doctors I just mentioned
sunlight water air diet exercise and
loving yourself a hundred percent is all
part of getting to the underlying cause
because prevention is better than cure
all the power lies within ourselves and
we have all the tools we need to create
the world we desire but embrace yourself
your body is beautiful your skin is
beautiful your mind is beautiful your
soul is phenomenal we are here in nature
raising the frequency infinite waters
and remember at the end of the day the
only thing that matters is who had the
most fun infinite waters
