heart symbol a broken heart a healthy
heart this heart space I think is so
important when we talk about
relationships especially about the
masculine and feminine principles and
how they interact with each other and I
think so many people so many people in
relationships we’re carrying past
relationships into our present
relationships and so many of us we still
have energy from past energy from the
past and we’re carrying it into our
present and what happens is a lot of
times our heart space is still shut down
and for me I feel the more and more I
get into it it’s all about opening up
your heart space and I just see it like
this the only way we can really connect
with someone else is really when we
actually open up our own heart space and
that can only be done by surrendering
because we don’t want to surrender we
don’t everything is go go go go we’re
living in a world of stimulation a world
where everything is go go go go just
like formula 1 we always want the quick
fix and for me in my own journey I
realized that the only way I could open
my heart space was really to surrender
and really and truly I just realized
that so many things are connected and
interconnected and when we talk of the
heart space
a lot of us we are always waiting for
someone else to open up themselves to us
before we do it to someone else and for
me I just realized even in my own
journey sometimes you might be waiting
for a long time and it’s just the same
law we talk of male and female
relationships a lot of women are waiting
for that man to come up to them and to
be honest what happens is it may not
happen like that because when when when
you do that essentially what happens is
that you limit the range of possibility
and sometimes it’s we have to break free
of these stereotypes of this these fixed
ways of thinking and feeling when it
comes to building relationships and
opening up our heart space and for me
this is what it was essentially
realizing that the only way the heart
space could be opened was first
realizing that the voice has a part to
play our attitude towards other people
because I was seeing you like this the
more you open up yourselves to people
the more they will love you and it’s not
really about making people love you but
at the same time we have to realize that
we have to give to receive it’s all
about this reciprocal relationship and a
lot of times many relationships are very
one-sided it’s either one is doing more
work than the other and for me when we
talk of the heart space fear has to
disappear
from childhood we’re told not to trust
strangers so we could always understand
where we’re getting this notion now okay
I don’t want to open up a lot of people
have been hurt in the past and therefore
they base their relationships on what
they have gone through before but for me
I just feel it it’s all about really
connecting back to our organic nature
because as children we don’t have any
fear of anything we don’t have that fear
and a lot of the times I find as well
when we open up our heart space it also
allows our third eye to be open and
that’s why we can even see even how a
lot of singers and musicians who who
really they they work on the heart space
and that’s why you can hear the most
beautiful song and instantly your heart
is opened just like you can connect with
the most beautiful woman or the most
beautiful man and they open up your
heart space and when they do this it
almost allows you to see things in
different way because they’re basically
activating your crown chakra that
basically activating your third eye
because before the third eye can be
opened your heart space has to be opened
and that’s why on the planet the
feminine principle has been almost
crucified and that’s the whole thing as
long as the feminine principle can be
shut down because this is Mother Earth
as long as Mother Earth can be shut down
then everything else will be shut down
that’s how it works so really and truly
we have to restore both principles on
the planet masculine and feminine we
exist within each other but we came here
