secret garden February’s off to a good
start the sun is shining feminine energy
masculine energy male/female organic
intimacy one thing I’ve realized when we
talk of relationships and sexology is
that as a society especially in Western
cultures so many of us were afraid of
intimacy and really and truly a lot of
us were very repressed when it comes to
sexuality in essence we think that we’re
very sexually liberated but in essence
we’re not because so many of us we’re
still not comfortable if we’re honest
with ourselves about our body many of us
were still ashamed of our body and in
biblical references people talk of the
fall that was the fall of man when
so-called Adam and Eve became ashamed of
their naked bodies and were driven out
of the Garden of Eden one thing I’ve
come to realize when we talk organic
intimacy I’m just realizing more and
more that when we talk of male and
female relationships a lot of
stereotypes are still thrown upon males
and females a lot of women still feel
they have to always be beautiful inside
the presence of their partner a lot of
women feel it’s never enough no matter
how hard they try they’re always trying
to win approval but just like also a lot
of men have also fallen into
always wanting to become powerful and
always to be shown that okay I am the
man I am the boss and okay I know what
I’m doing I’m always in control and a
lot of the times when we talk of just
being intimate with someone else for me
I look at it like this when we talk of
sexuality I feel that so many of us we
wear a mask every day and some of us we
have several mosques lying around our
bedroom we’ve got a mask for our
partners we’ve got them one mask for our
friends we’ve got a mask for our family
and in each of these instances we’re
talking to different people in different
ways and we’re wearing different masks
so essentially what’s happening is that
a lot of us when it comes to being with
someone we really don’t know who we are
because we’re wearing a mask all the
time and for me that’s what I realized
even in my own journey that the mask had
to come off and essentially I had to tap
into my organic nature my organic self
and really that was the only way to
organic intimacy to really realize when
we connect with someone that’s why a lot
of people they say if you want to really
get to the heart of someone you have to
look into their eyes because the eyes
are the windows of the soul and
essentially that’s what’s happened when
a lot of people are talking and they
can’t even look each other eye to eye it
shows there’s a problem a lot of women
on the planet have really are out of
tune with their element because they’ve
adapted a lot of yang energy which is
the fire energy and in essence women are
yin energy obviously we exist in each
other but primarily when there’s energy
imbalance within men and an energy
imbalance within women then a lot of us
we have to also look at ourselves
because we can only become intimate with
other people when we come intimate with
ourselves and that really starts with
ourselves on the inward journey
because a lot of the times I’ve come to
realize that when we talk of just
becoming intimate with someone a lot of
the times we have to also surrender to
ourselves we have to surrender to all of
these stereotypes of what men are
supposed to be of what women are
supposed to be we had books like men are
from Mars Women are from Venus
of course yes there are differences
there’s no denying that but essentially
a lot of the times I’m seeing it the
more and more I connect with women who
are very organic and I’ve connected with
women like that and when you do really
and truly you realize that gender
disappears you don’t say okay this is a
woman I’m talking to in essence we
become a loved being and for me this is
what it’s all about to really see each
other as loved beings as opposed to okay
you’re a man and you’re a woman because
all of this is separation and this is
what has worked so well in humanity’s
history to have men and women separated
and really and truly when we talk of
intimacy I feel a lot of times it also
has to do with our culture how do we
meet people when we talk of courting
when we talk of when a man meets a woman
what did they say I’ve got a beautiful
bird singing up above me on that tree
what do they say they say okay let me
take you out on a date but a lot of the
times a lot of these dates we say okay
let’s go to the movies but this should
be a time where people get to know one
another but why are you watching someone
else’s life
on the big screen and at the end of the
day you don’t even know anything about
any of you don’t know anything about
each other because everything has been a
distraction to become intimate with one
another we talk of time nobody has
enough time in relationships let alone
people don’t even have time to brush
their teeth in the morning how are they
going to have time for a deep loving
relationship which primarily actually
begins with ourselves the relationship
the greatest relationship we have the
greatest relationship we could have is
with ourselves and that’s one of the
greatest secrets I actually came to
realize and in so when we have that
relationship with ourselves and we meet
other people who have actually are
intimate with themselves and that’s
where in essence we both begin to
cultivate that pure love energy and
that’s the whole process but really and
truly I’m just realizing that when we
talk of intimacy it’s all about becoming
intimate with ourselves first and really
taking off the mask being okay in our
naturalness because it’s very normal
just to hide hide behind the curtains
and say okay this is me but that’s not
really us and a lot of people in
relationships even sometimes we just
want to be happy all the time for our
partners but essentially if they can’t
stand the silence a minute of silence or
two then really and truly that’s it
sometimes it doesn’t go any further
because a lot of us were so addicted to
stimulation oh she is boring oh he’s
boring because really and truly a lot of
us we’re so out of tune with our own
element but really and truly I feel that
we get who we deserve because everything
is based on divine resonance but more
and more I’m just realizing that we have
to really for me anyway this what I say
to myself I have to let go of all of
these stereotypes of what a woman is of
what a man is because all of these are
old ideas and really and truly it’s time
that
we start something new because a lot of
women have also they’ve taken on this
kind of okay I have to become the object
of desire for all of these men and
that’s why a lot of women are at war
with other women because it’s all about
who can become the most beautiful women
use beauty as a tool of power over men
men use their power to get women you see
so it’s very interesting how all of
these dynamics play out but I just
realize that when we talk of organic
intimacy always starts with us with you
