was helped me along my journey is to
realize that don’t focus on other people
that you forget about yourself
you can’t help anybody until you help
yourself it is not selfish sometimes to
put yourself first in fact it is a great
sign of self-love many times I meet
people who put themselves lost they want
to help everybody but they burn
themselves out because they forget you
got to put yourself first you got to
take care of the inner you before you
take care of those around you I’m
inspiring millions of people because the
beach is that way I’m at the beach every
single day I got more to give because
I’m always reconnecting with the truth
of who I am deep divers don’t be so
focused on other people you forget about
yourself you matter you are worthy you
are good enough if you really really
want to help people help yourself first
once you realize that you’ll just say
