seven-day vegan challenge is not just
about food we’re talking about what is
better than that good ass prana the only
thing that comes close is that good ass
sunlight all around us right and what’s
helped me along my journey is getting
more natural sunlight right people
trying natural sunlight for the first
time be like whoa what are those what is
what is what is that right because we
spend so much time on computers in front
of our laptop on our phone that we
rarely get out as a psychologist and
counselor connecting with millions of
people every single day I’m one of those
people cuz I gotta share stuff online at
the same time I get my ass outside
there’s something we call in psychology
sad no pun intended right seasonal
affective disorder and many people who
are in very sometimes cold climates who
don’t get enough sunlight experienced a
lot of depression anxiety and panic
attacks you see the weather affects our
mood why because when you’re getting the
right amount of vitamin D can get it
from the sunlight you can get it from
the food as well it is now increasing
the serotonin level within your body
thus increasing the melatonin level
which means you don’t wake up in the
middle of the night and say wow
right you’ve done that a few times now
don’t worry about it right you are now
more in tune with your circadian rhythm
which means you can now chill the F out
so that book lights out was talking
about how with the rise of modern
electricity there was a rise in mental
health issues right because a lot of us
were just in artificial environments so
what’s helped me along my journey is
saying a hours minimum of natural
sunlight and it’s made a world of
difference that’s why I’m way up in the
Californian Hills it feels fantastic can
