accept yourself for me the new paradigm
is all about that many people on the
planet are doing that right now they’re
realizing they are worthy you are
deserving we came here to be brilliant
to have the most awesome human
experience to begin to love yourself I
found on my journey you have to keep the
inner child in you alive tap into your
inner child where do you feel most free
go to that place because in that place
you find your true power many of us
we’re not happy where we are we have to
realize that we are creating our own
reality through our choices and thoughts
the power lies within us when you begin
to love yourself you are open to other
people your heart space opens before you
can love anybody you have to love
yourself on the planet we have this
notion of love thy neighbor which is all
well and good but many people have a low
self esteem they have low confidence
levels because they are waiting for the
validation of someone else they’re
waiting for the approval some ways I’ve
found helpful on my journey to begin to
love yourself 100% is to let go of
threw it away threw away the TV as far
as you can throw it it’s not a bad thing
but many of us we get our ideas from the
television which tells lies to your
vision we feel inadequate once you begin
to love yourself you can see how
subliminal manipulation is used in so
many areas of our society someone is
advertising by this product to become
happy
no self-love begins internally first
nobody can give you anything you don’t
already have all of your experiences are
coming from deep within you it is all
you it’s liberating on my dreaming just
to realize that loving yourself is not
about being a narcissist it’s about
tapping into your true self we can only
do that when we give ourselves time when
we’re not so hard on ourselves when we
let go of this idea of perfection some
of the most beautiful people on the
planet you might feel they’re beautiful
but they don’t feel beautiful so it all
takes our perception of ourselves to
love ourselves 100% change the
perception realize you are a unique
sovereign being who came to this planet
to create to be a co-creator we are made
from the same fabric as the universe
therefore we’re not here to worship
externally
we are here to serve one another not
just serve one thing we’re here to
exchange with one another not just to
exchange all our energy when we go into
work every day
from Monday to Friday ask yourself do
you love what you’re doing right now on
the planet because in loving yourself we
have to take responsibility where we
find ourselves to realize that we are in
the driving seat this body is a vehicle
it’s an amazing time right now on the
planet open up your heart love yourself
accept yourself your floors they’re not
floors they’re actually hidden aspects
of yourself many of us we don’t want to
enter the Shadowland
we don’t want to see the so-called dark
aspects for ourselves and for me I
realize that the darkness is equally as
important as the light because in our
dark moments we become illuminated
that’s what it takes to love yourself to
go into the deep depths of our souls to
find the pearls that lie within the time
has come to love yourself to do that we
have to stop comparing ourselves to
other people because every single person
everyone is where they need to be
fighting for your slice of bread
competing all of that takes you out of
your element
be happy be fulfilled be content with
where you are and realize you are where
you chose to be but we don’t have to
desire to be someone else when you’re

see yourself as an artist and there are
many artists out there you appreciate
other people when you can begin to tap
into who you really are because you see

I worried about someone taking my place
which many of us are that’s why we don’t
love ourselves because we feel that if
only I become someone else everything
will be perfect

all we can do is be ourselves 100% and
