peace and Finnick waters diving deep
once again beautiful deep divers we are
here look at all of this beautiful art
all around me chilling in the art
gallery just whoa breathing in that good
ass prana baby oh it’s time deep divers
to talk about article 13 have you heard
about article 13 and what it could mean
for you this is an important message to
all content creators on planet earth a
very very important message so I got an
email Ralph
beware of article 13 I’m like what is
that what what what then it said you
will never ever be able to upload a
video again Ralph and we and even had
breakfast yet can I get a hello now
article 13 what is it
it is a new copyright directive the
European Parliament voted in favor of
this new controversial copyright
directive which basically states that it
is going to update the pre-existing
copyright laws for the Internet age so
it is putting more responsibility on
these massive platforms like Facebook
YouTube Instagram Twitter and it’s
making sure that copyrighted material is
not being illegally shared on these
platforms so in other words when you are
trying to upload something it will be
like no no you can’t upload that no you
can’t upload that it is gonna be a
updated upload filter
which is gonna take away all of your
freedoms okay
deep divers I remember one time I posted
something on Instagram
it was everything will come to you at
the right time out of the blue I got a
message I thought it was from the cat
down the road no it wasn’t Ralph that is
my quote take it down I will get my
lawyers involved I’m like what
everything will come to you at the right
time like everybody says this okay now
with article 13 that person may have a
case because if someone writes something
they’re gonna be like I wrote it and
it’s mine
right so article 13 which is actually
part of a larger agenda called agenda 21
is all about silencing you taking away
your creative freedom now the paradox of
this is that it’s actually supposed to
help content creators huh
now I’m I’m for that of course I am I’m
a content creator inspiring millions I’m
also a producer now in the music
business if you sample someone else’s
music that’s a copyright claim right
there and it’s gonna be the same way for
memes that’s why the meme is gonna die
right now with article 13 now here’s
what to do about it first and foremost
you can hashtag save your internet
that’s what YouTube said you can do okay
my advice to you is to realize what kind
of world we are living in what the world
is turning into so agenda 21 by the UN
is all about creating the most
planet which means depopulation okay and
it’s all about how there are finite
resources on planet earth and that’s
just not true there are so many
resources it’s unbelievable but it’s all
about turning planet earth into an
Orwellian state 1984 read that read that
by George Orwell okay where you won’t be
able to say anything do anything or be
anything without my permission okay so
that’s really what article 13 is all
about now here’s what to do about it am
I worried about it absolutely not
absolutely not why because when I make
videos it’s just me anyway
I’m not using anyone elses material and
that’s what you got to do it’s a lesson
it’s a lesson you have to make sure
everything you are producing right now
is your own if you are a musician stop
sampling juice world found out the hard
way when sting was like that lucid dream
song juice world that’s my song okay
shape of my heart no no no no no no no
no no no no no
so I played on the guitar for you shall
i play that on the guitar for you deep
divers I love that melody okay and sting
was like oh no you don’t I’m gonna take
85% of that because that’s my song so
article 13 is about protecting creators
like sting and all of these people and
do I agree with it absolutely if you
create a song that is your song however
it’s gonna be very extreme where you
could post a meme you could post even a
quote and someone would say actually
that those are my words I could say like
this the universe works in my favor and
then someone could say actually Ralph I
wrote that down and it’s mine right but
this is all a lesson to say actually you
have to make sure right now in these
days and times the music you’re using if
you are producing videos is your own
like all the music on infinite waters I
own I produce it the intro I own the
pictures I use are royalty-free I own
the licenses and that’s what you got to
do with this article 13 because January
2019 is when they want to pass this law
and make it official and it’s gonna have
massive consequences because it’s gonna
take away the freedom of your expression
now what I’m gonna tell you deep divers
is that look at it like this the power
is in our hands but we have to do
something about it so raise awareness
about article 13 because you may think
oh it’s not gonna affect me but it is
you see agenda 21 is about controlling
planet Earth controlling human beings
your entire life has been a lie since
childhood that’s what the film the
matrix was all about that’s what the
film the matrix was all about that you
have to wake up you got to wake up wake
up wake up out of the deep sleep and
free yourself from
system so article 13 in my mind should
be taken seriously because it’s gonna
have a lot of disastrous consequences
for even pre-existing videos on YouTube
on Facebook let’s just say like there
are a lot of commentary channels right
now okay like there’s a celebrity story
and then people use clips of that
celebrity you won’t be able to do that
anymore
so um telling you that if you are a
commentary channel okay if you are using
different clips from different sources
stop doing it you’re giving yourself
more problems there’s a reason why when
I make videos I don’t put other people’s
videos in my videos because once again
I’m gonna get a copyright strike stay
original that is the greatest hope you
have right now don’t sample stay
original and realize that the power has
always been with the people okay but you
have to realize that you got to learn
how to free your mind every single day
you got to say actually what’s going on
with article 13 what’s going on with
agenda 21 where everything is being
tracked and traced your new phone okay
and everything is being monitored this
is 1980 for Big Brother
okay so article 13 for me is part of a
larger agenda
I’m all for artists protecting their
work because I know how hard it is like
once you make a song you’re so happy
about and then someone just uses it
without giving you credit that sucks
that sucks would you like I say that
that sucks
artists yes like Sir Paul McCartney said
have to be protected I’m for that
because I’m an artist too but there’s a
bigger agenda going on here and it’s to
take away your freedoms your freedom
your voice your expression so once again
the divers this is very very important
research
agenda21 new wall daughter research
article 13 because if we don’t do
something about it
you are not gonna be able to share
anything and that sucks but if your
original you can keep sharing and then
just say Phil so get to be a live baby
can I get a hello pad beautiful deep
divers you are truly appreciate it
wolf breathing in that good Oz piranha
baby
shout out to everybody who’s been
getting the amazing good oz prana shuts
Ralph smart come slash clothes have a
beautiful day deep divers infinite
waters diving deep once again stay well
stay healthy peace you know you can’t
upload that don’t be silly sada cool 13 huh
peace and Finnick waters diving deep
