watching this realm but it’s really
addictive and after you finish listening
to it you leave with a really bad
feeling like you have absorbed something
that you really didn’t want but it was
so addictive you couldn’t help yourself
has that ever happened to you well it
happened to me along my early journey
sometimes I would be around people
gossiping then I would be eavesdropping
then afterwards I wouldn’t feel so good
until I learned this deep divers we are
not only eating through our mouth we are
eating through all of our senses and
that’s what they teach in ayurvedic
medicine that we aren’t only eating
through our mouth we are eating through
all of our senses so every single day
deep divers ask yourself what am i
feeding into am i feeding into great
energy that can help me become my
greatest version or am i feeding into a
lot of negativity a whole lot of drama
are you doing it for the gram creating a
lot of drama just for the gram but is it
really worth it because you are gonna be
absorbing all of that toxic energy I say
it’s not worth it and that’s why every
single day I realize I’ve got to be
conscious of what I’m eating through
