peace infinite waters diving deep once
again this is sexology water fire hot
cold yin-yang we are here enjoying
ourselves how to win an argument what we
talk of relationships they are the most
amazing experience in the world however
they don’t come with making us reflect
on our own life so how do we deal with
arguments how do we deal with arguments
by recognizing that it’s inevitable that
there will be points when we don’t see
eye to eye with those that are around us
in our relationships whatever that may
be and to recognize that an argument
disagreement a discussion is not really
this battle field that has to involve
winners and losers and that really the
most important battle we should be
focusing on is that is that one within
that internal battle that duality that
exists within us because when we focus
so much on others around us and we go
outside of ourselves we externalize our
power we’re trying so hard to convince
someone else that our way is the right
way and they should adopt it we create a
lot of unnecessary resistance tension is
that meant
and we really lose out on an opportunity
to get to know ourselves better we have
to see that self-love is essential
because nobody is responsible for how we
feel only we are therefore we have to
see that in relationships once we see we
attract what we are as we change the
types of people we meet also changes we
are choosing to be with a person we are
with and that is why sometimes a lot of
arguments arise because people feel they
don’t have a choice when we talk of
domestic violence all of these things is
because people don’t realize that they
have the power the greatest relationship
we can have is with ourselves yes and
there are times also when disagreements
and arguments can release them from low
self-esteem and the inability to
recognize that there are people out
there that resonate with us there are
people that see eye-to-eye with us so it
doesn’t mean they have to agree 100%
with everything we say do think believe
but we don’t have to settle
situations were constantly trying to
convince another person and we are
feeling so tired and miserable and
bitter about how they don’t agree with
us they don’t empathize they don’t see
eye to eye with us it’s really important
to recognize that there are people out
there and if we let go of that constant
battle to try and coerce someone else
try and convince someone else we end up
creating and manifesting an environment
within ourselves that feels content and
a piece and outside of ourselves that
attracts people that resonate with us
and that help us learn more explore more
and really see that duality is something
that exists everywhere that we don’t
fight and turn it into a battle and I
talk of breathing from the base of your
spine getting into that perfect
equilibrium that perfect homeostasis
moving into our bodies through yoga
through eating right beautiful
plant-based foods
raising your vibration all of this helps
you to love yourself think of a
relationship now think of a huge mirror
because relationships serve as mirrors
showing us our brightest light or a
darkest shadow and that is why arguments
happen because it’s the mirror if we
don’t like what we see
we’re gonna see it magnified 10,000
times and that is the gift as well I’ve
learnt so much in relationships
and you learned that I always win there
are no winners or losers at the end of
the day it’s about having fun and
realizing that relationships are all
about expansion this is the great time
to learn more about yourself more so to
open up yourself to other people because
once you do not only does your life
become more fulfilling but also the
lives of everyone you come into contact
with yes we’re here in the beauty of
nature we are arguing aye aye aye you
did it we are here infinite waters
diving deep once again stay low stay healthy
